Deluxe room, friendly staff. Breakfast variety is good. Day 1 felt lacking, but the second day it felt okay. Most importantly, the bed is okay, firm, so sleeping is comfortable. And the bed is big, with 2 children still able to sleep. Nice view. All in all, it's okay.

The hotel hasn't changed since its inception. The layout and design are the same, with the addition of alpacas and sheep now visible at the back of the hotel. Plenty of open space and open areas make it a comfortable hotel to stay in. Recommended for a repeat stay. Breakfast options are varied. There's also a pool. The hotel staff are all friendly. Parking is very spacious. In front of the hotel is an Indomaret for your needs. The location is quite strategic.

One of the hotels in Brastagi that is recommended until now.

I stayed in a super deluxe room. The carpet felt dusty, making the room feel very dusty. The floor was uneven, and I brought a small child with me, so he fell on it several times. The toilet spray was too strong, making it uncomfortable to use. As for delicious food, I enjoyed the fried noodles. The restaurant staff were quite friendly.

It's perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are very comfortable, even better with smart TVs and updated bathtubs. Everything else is top-notch.

The hotel has a very nice view and outdoor activities. However, I came here with an elderly individual that uses a wheelchair. If I may suggest, please provide a ramp or access for people with wheelchairs, especially at outdoor spaces.

always stay at the mutiara hotel.. the room is big and clean.. the kids love the swimming pool, and can also see the alpacas..

Since Brastagi is not as cold as it used to be, I hope some of the rooms in Brastagi will have air conditioning.

The rooms are nice and the service is ok, but the food is varied but lacks taste.
