The staff are very friendly, every morning if you don't have time for breakfast, you will be immediately called and taken to your room. The staff are also very friendly with small children.

Overall, this hotel is good. I like the old-style decoration yet it is quite well maintained. The room is very spacious. So does the hotel open area. Breakfast could be better for the taste but it is adequate. The only issue (and it's quite a big issue) is the room facing the road is super duper noisy. There is no insulation at all and it is a busy road 24x7. Luckily, we could change the room facing the pool for the next day. The difference is night and day. So make sure to book the room facing inside (the pool), otherwise there might be chance that you won't be able to sleep at all.

I ordered a superior room, the room was clean, according to the photo. The location is close to the city of Berastagi, if you want to find food at night it is also easy. The service is very friendly and good. The night air in the room is cool. The attached photo is only the back of the room.
