The room was very nice, clean, the AC worked perfectly, there was plenty of water, and the water heater worked. The only thing missing was a power outlet near the bed. The only outlet was near the TV, which was a bit far if you wanted to charge it while lying down. The pool was under maintenance when we stayed, but the hotel gave us a replacement voucher that could be used when the pool is ready to use.

The extra bed order took about an hour to be delivered. The bathroom floor was very slippery, and there was no trash can in the bathroom. Hopefully, things will improve.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the FOX Hotel Gorontalo. The hotel's strategic location is directly connected to a shopping center, making it easy for guests to shop and find food. My room was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The hotel staff was very friendly, polite, and responsive in assisting guests with all their needs. Hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool, fitness center, and restaurant, are well-maintained, adding to the comfort of your stay.

I requested a single bed but was given twin beds. Check-in was at 2:30 PM, but the room wasn't ready. The check-in time was 2:00 PM, but when I checked in at the hotel, the room wasn't ready for a single bed. The room should have been prepared before the guest arrived and had already booked. The rest of the service was very satisfactory. Best of luck to Hotel Fox 🥰

Staying at Fox is always a pleasure, but the check-in time is too long. We were supposed to get a room at 2:00 PM, but we only got one at 3:30 PM, and it wasn't what we requested. We wanted a non-smoking room, but we got a smoking room. Hopefully, check-in times will be more considerate, because we arrived at the hotel early in the morning and waited until 2:00 AM, but there was no room available.
