Great location. Good price for a hotel with a great surrounding

sometimes too pricey if compare with other Hotel (Not budget) ,.

The hotel location is very good in the CBD area, the staff are very helpful but the cleaning service for cleaning the room and bathroom is very lacking and careless (the blankets are folded in a mess, the sink is not cleaned, tissue has to be asked to the receptionist, the bedcover is not replaced, the trash is rarely thrown away, and the room carpet is not vacuumed) the rest is good

The Hotel must extend time check- out to 11AM during winter season without charges. Winter promo(checkout time 11AM., that is. that's simple.

location is really great, at the center of the city, near tram and central station. but when i stay, i encountered a little cockroach on the wall, so i think the cleaness is not that well. on the other hand it's a budget hotel too, nothing much to expect.

The location is very strategic, the room and bathroom were small and need more spacious. As I only use it for sleep, that's enough.

Everything is great considering the relatively lower price compared to other hotels in the city center. The only thing that can improve is the smell of the room. There was a weird smell whenever I entered the room. Nevertheless, not so big issue. I had a great stay.

But unfortunately there is no phone in the room to phone to the hotel operator. And the carpet needs to be vacuum yes

The location is very strategic in the city center and is perfect for those who want to travel short for both business and leisure.

The location was strategic and less than 5 mins walk to either Bourke St Mall or Flinder St station. Just 3 stops to Queen Victoria Market from the tram stop in front of hotel. You can find groceries, food and coffee within few mins walk. Budget price but with very clean and comfortable place for travelers to stay. The room came with all the basics and the bed was really soft, comfy. Had good night sleeps.I would stay again if I return to visit in future.

No mineral water in my room, but that's okay. Breakfast sooo yummy.
