Great location, was unsure how to connect to wifi. Needed a code to log in but unsure how to access code. Room was small but clean and had air con, paid for buffett breakfast, not as many options as I was used to, but for the price of room was fair.

Room was very clean. Staff were super friendly. Incredible location, close to two tram stops and a close walk to the station.
Room was NOT what was advertised, shower was apart of the room with only a curtain separating it from the beds. Hallways are a little erring and the floor creaks, paints chipping off the wall, and carpets are stained but this doesn’t really affect the overall stay.

Mouldy shower, damp carpet in the room. Hallway was saturated, presumably an attempt to clean them.
Aircon unit appeared to be shaking out of the window, rattled the night away. TV reception was terrible.
Overall manky and yuck.
Stayed at Ibis hotels a lot before but not budget....

Some staff was not nice. Only shower towers were provided for two days. Our room had a lot of noise. After talking to the front desk, we requested a room change but their response was not friendly. I do not recommend this hotel.

Staff were wonderful. The room however wasn’t the cleanest. Couch and the carpets overall were quite stained and there was a strange musty smell emanating through the hallways.

Location was amazing, staff were helpful and the bed was great. My main issue was the shower was next to the bed and the screen was broken so there was a shower curtain replacement. It would have been nice to have hand towels too, but I suppose it is a budget hotel

Good price, convenient location, decent room for the price, friendly reception staff.
The walls are thin and every bathroom door slams so that can be disturbing when other guests return late at night. Nonetheless fair for the price!
