JUST I PERSON, BED VERY COMFORTABLE. ROOM CLEAN, SMALL/COMPACT.CARPET OLD BUT CLEAN. EASY TO GET TO AIRPORT, SHOPS, SOUTH BANK, NGV, ARTS CENTRE, FEDERATION SQ, EITHER WALK, TRAM, TRAIN. DOOR TO ROOM DIFFICULT TO OPEN! BODY WASH IN SHOWER WAS TOO HIGH ON WALL FOR THIS 5'1" PERSON. 2 NIGHTS. QUIET. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN. HELPFUL STAFF. THANKYOU

Great location, easy to access transport, restaurants and shopping. Fantastic service, the shower is a little run down but such a great stay and would definitely stay again!

The Hotel must extend time check- out to 11AM during winter season without charges.

location is really great, at the center of the city, near tram and central station. but when i stay, i encountered a little cockroach on the wall, so i think the cleaness is not that well. on the other hand it's a budget hotel too, nothing much to expect.

everything is great considering the relatively lower price compared to other hotel in the city centre. The only thing that can improve is the smell of the room. there was a weird smell whenever i enter the room. Nevertheless not so big issue. i had a great stay.

Small room but clean, large baggage may not be fully unfold, very small bathroom. Good location, located in free tram zone with tram stop station in front of the hotel, the entrance was narrow, hard to find

The location is in the middle of the city, there is a boba left and a good burger. To eat other things, just walk a little. Want it easy? Room area is enough lah. Room cleaned every day. But unfortunately there is no phone in the room to phone to the hotel operator. And the carpet needs to be vacuum yes

The location was strategic and less than 5 mins walk to either Bourke St Mall or Flinder St station. Just 3 stops to Queen Victoria Market from the tram stop in front of hotel. You can find groceries, food and coffee within few mins walk. Budget price but with very clean and comfortable place for travelers to stay. The room came with all the basics and the bed was really soft, comfy. Had good night sleeps.I would stay again if I return to visit in future.

Good location. But the room was not worth the price. Didn't like how the toilet was separated from the bathroom. Toilet doesn't have sprinkler/bidet at all.
