This is our third visit... Brought our entire extended family. The only downside is that breakfast takes a long time to refill. I have to keep going back and forth to see if it's refilled before I get my food. Please improve the refill system so the chef can be more mobile... Overall, it's still a favorite hotel. Batiqa Hotel continues to be a success.

The hallway leading to the rooms on the 8th floor was a bit hot, as the central air conditioning seemed to be working. The room's AC wasn't too cold either. For a budget hotel, Batiqa is pretty good.

This was my second visit. Why did we choose Batiqa again? The ethnic-inspired interior is eye-catching, the breakfast is varied and delicious, the staff is still friendly, the parking is adequate, and it's close to the mall. The most important thing is that during my first visit, the room was carpeted and had an unpleasant odor. But on my second visit, the room was carpet-free, which made the room even more comfortable. The changes are amazing... The prayer space isn't cramped. (I'm so glad I did.) That's all I can say about this second visit... May Batiqa continue to be successful...

The breakfast was delicious, the best pasta

The hotel is located close to the food court and big mall. Everything is almost satisfactory, just a little disappointed because we booked a connecting room (non-smoking) but one room with a double bed smelled very much of smoke in the toilet like the previous guest who secretly smoked in the toilet because I found cigarette ashes in the corners of the toilet wall near the closet, I just forgot to take a photo as evidence. Hopefully it will be an evaluation material for the hotel management to also install a smoke detector in the toilet area, thank you

This is my second time staying here, and never get bored. The room is super comfortable and clean, the location is also strategic. Overall, it's worth it, I will stay here again for the next time.

Actually the room is comfortable and clean, it's just that in the toilet there are geckos, the animals that I'm most afraid of because they're disgusting. Please check the room again, and at night the sound makes the impression of being disturbed. Other than that it's okay.

Overall a good stay, but it could be better if bidet washer pressure was higher, instead they could add some jet wahser. bathroom needs to have some door lock to it, considering people staying here are not always a couple. Check in time was a little slow & can be improved. Variety of fruits in breakfast menu could be added more. Hope this feedback helps

The right hotel for transit during business trips around Cikarang which is close to the industrial area there. Supported by tenants around which are easy to reach.

The room facilities are okay, the staff are friendly, the security is also friendly, but what is very unfortunate is the cleanliness of the floor area, as if it was not swept, next time check again for the cleanliness of the room area.

The hotel location is quite strategic, close to Living Plaza Jababeka, McD Jababeka and shops. Passed by public transportation routes. The staff, from security, front office, to restaurant staff, are very friendly and helpful. The check-in process is fast and easy. Comfortable rooms with sufficient space. There are directions to the Qibla and enough space to pray comfortably. Tea, coffee, sugar and drinking water are provided which can be refilled in the dispenser in the hallway. The bathroom is separated between the toilet and shower. Although the size is narrow, it is still comfortable to do personal activities in it. Hot water is available for bathing but the hot water smells a bit when used at first, although the smell will disappear after a while. Suggestion: please provide a tap to make ablution easier. Overall, this hotel is very comfortable and strategic

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful if there is anything, the room is also clean so it is comfortable. This place will be my favorite hotel in Cikaranf
