The room was cozy, and I felt a nice ambiance with good lighting for reading. Nice hot shower every time I needed it. Other facilities were standard like in most other good hotels, like a welcome drink, awesome breakfast, ample parking space, and a seminar/ballroom for official occasions. There was a pool table in the public room near the receptionist, which I thought was great. I tried a free nice Christmas cookie put next to the Christmas tree! What I like most were those metal batik molds put as wall decorations. What a unique masterpiece.

1. Fast and friendly service. A complaint about the hot water not being hot enough was immediately addressed. It was hot again in no time.
2. The room was clean overall, and the interior design was also nice. Although the price was affordable, the interior design was thoughtful. There were plenty of in-room amenities, including a safety deposit box and a mini chiller. The drinks were refillable, not plastic bottles. So you didn't have to worry about running out of water (there's a dispenser in the hallway).
3. The facilities were decent (it just lacked a swimming pool). However, there was a gym and it was comfortable. There were also plenty of meeting rooms if you needed one.
4. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious.

First time staying here. Strategic location across from Living Plaza, according to the app. Breakfast was quite varied and quite tasty. If the TV had a smart TV, it would be even better, hehe. Maybe I'll stay here again next time.

1. Fast and friendly service. A complaint about the hot water not being hot enough was immediately addressed. It was hot again in no time.
2. The room was clean overall, and the interior design was also nice. Although the price was affordable, the interior design was thoughtful. There were plenty of in-room amenities, including a safety deposit box and a mini chiller. The drinks were refillable, not plastic bottles. So you didn't have to worry about running out of water (there's a dispenser in the hallway).
3. The facilities were decent (it just lacked a swimming pool). However, there was a gym and it was comfortable. There were also plenty of meeting rooms if you needed one.
4. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious.

First time staying here. Strategic location across from Living Plaza, according to the app. Breakfast was quite varied and quite tasty. If the TV had a smart TV, it would be even better, hehe. Maybe I'll stay here again next time.
