The breakfast was a very good buffet. It was fresh,hot and plentiful. The hotel is well situated within the town. The spa was enjoyable.

Toilet area incredibly small so if you are average build it’s a squeeze! For our first morning we were told that breakfast was only available at 1000 - no other options - which was a late option. When we got down at 0945 the dining room had plenty of seats. Breakfast is average at best.

Really good. Staff friendly and efficient. All amenities we needed and great location.

breakfast good if you wanted traditional cooked breakfast not a good selection if not wanting cooked eg no ham cheese, limited fruit tinned peaches and grapefruit fresh apple and oranges

Great location 5 minutes walk from the city centre - staff excellent - very clean and tidy rooms Must say the food and service in the Canaletto restaurant was particularly good - a quiet relaxed evening

The breakfast was good enough depending on your choice, the evening meal In the restaurant wasn't what we expected and several people sent it back, the menu doesn't change from night to night, and the thing I noticed in the hotel trophy was a good food trophy from 2001, other wise were happy with our stay

Room was clean a little dated and the pillows were poor, staff very friendly and breakfast was good quality spar was lovely and relaxed well worth a visit .Overall was very good apart from the very poor quality pillows.

We had quick check in and room ready before 3 pm. Room very warm and spacious. Saw a couple of cobwebs in corners on ceiling however. The tea and coffee facilities were good but the kettle didn''t switch off automatically and kettle lid didn' t stay on very well which was a hazzard. We were a little disappointed to find that our bed had not been made even though the cleaner had been in as teacups had been washed. This hadn't been an issue on a previous stay however.
