The food was horrible. The staff was friendly. The beach had seaweed we could not get in the water. I have 3 bites on my leg that itch bad. It look like bed bug bites. I told the front desk and they did nothing but said they will make a note of it. No casino

First, our room's bathroom was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the resort. In addition, although the advertised check-in time was earlier, we were unable to check in until approximately 3:45 p.m., causing an unnecessary delay and inconvenience. I was also disappointed by the lack of activities for children. Aside from the swimming pool, there were very few options to keep kids entertained, which was not what I expected from a family resort. The dining experience was equally disappointing. The food quality was not enjoyable, and I witnessed a staff member coughing over the food at the buffet. This was extremely concerning from a hygiene standpoint and made me uncomfortable about eating there. Overall, these issues significantly affected our stay and did not reflect the level of quality or service I expected.

The hotel was very nice, and the service was good. However, the food at the buffets and restaurants was somewhat disappointing and didn’t quite match the overall quality of the hotel.

I am very disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, I was given a freshly painted room with such a strong paint smell that I couldn’t breathe. After being moved, the shower in the second room didn’t work. On top of that, the lights were out for two days. My husband and I own businesses and needed a place to work, but after being told to use the coffee shop, none of the outlets worked. When I asked for help charging my phone, I was met with an attitude instead of assistance. For the past three days, the hotel has seemed to prioritize school groups over other guests. The loud and disruptive students made it impossible to relax or enjoy the pool. I also spent nearly three hours trying to get an answer about a late checkout, only to be told it wasn’t available. When I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, I was handed a comments form instead. Over 500 drunk teenagers daily. Overall, this stay has been unacceptable, and I believe compensation is warranted for the numerous inconveniences and poor customer service.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The food was poor quality, lacked variety, and was honestly unpleasant. Considering the price, I expected a much better dining experience. The hotel advertises 20 restaurants, but during my stay only three were actually open, which felt very misleading and significantly limited the available options. What made the experience even more frustrating was the transportation policy. Guests are not allowed to have Uber drivers enter the property or pick them up at the hotel entrance. Despite traveling with luggage, I was forced to drag my bags all the way to the street to meet my ride. This was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not provide the level of service or value that was advertised.

It was nice going to all the different restaurants except the Italian one, they should work on their food because I didn’t even like dessert

The power went off periodically 3 out of the 9 days there. The Pyramid concierge was not very helpful when I had a problem with restaurant reservations. I spotted 2 roaches in my room. I killed one and it was on the wall under the sink and housekeeping never cleaned it off. The other was high up on the wall and got away. I’ve been to pyramid over 5 times in the last 2 years. Even more times in the past 10 years. Everything has went downhill. Food, entertainment, amenities, drinks all declined heavily. They don’t even have blenders to make frozen drinks just slushy machines at select bars. And most bars can’t make every drink because they have limited supplies. Mold and smelly in some pool areas, broken pool chairs. The only things worth enjoying here are Caraeyes and Fountainbleu. Carlos and Nathaniel are gems! But Won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend it.

My husband and I visited for our anniversary, and the staff gave us a lovely surprise. Overall, everything was excellent: the ocean view from our room, the cleanliness, and the housekeeping staff, who kindly ensured the room was kept in great shape every day. The in-room fridge was restocked daily, and the food at the various restaurants and buffets was delicious. The entertainment was a real bonus, too; different shows each night kept us entertained and happy. Thanks to the huge pool, we felt like we had our own space despite the hotel being busy, which made for a very pleasant experience. The staff was generally very friendly; we would especially like to highlight Mr. Libardo, who served us at one of the poolside bars and was incredibly attentive. We would definitely return to this hotel.

The resort is beautiful, But the rooms need some work done, the A/C in my room was not working properly since I got there, and I had an incident where I slipped and fell coming in to my room because water had been dripping from the ac duct.

I initially had a stay for 2 weeks here... 5 days in, I cancelled my stay and went elsewhere. This was all because the food was mediocre and not at the level of an all inclusive resort in which we pay a lot to come to and enjoy. The buffets consisted of a bunch of fried foods, lunch meats, salads, and some prepared foods. Pools were ok, but the swim up bars were always congested and only bottom shelf drinks were available. It also seemed to be more of a local's resort as well. If the Oasis would up their level of gastronomy to some of their top level competitors, I think that would make all the difference.

Room was okay, good food, more choices of restaurants, but my room didn't get water bottles refill everyday, and also there was 2 -3 times power outages in the first day, the power outage all day during daytime of our second day which was extremely hot and uncomfortable especially we were travelling with small kids
