the room is clean, tidy and comfortable. the atmosphere is really cool, it happens to be facing the mountain, the city view is really cool. unfortunately the bathroom is a bit flooded, but the sofa is fun for the kids to play in the bathtub, there is warm water. lots of games are really suitable for kids on vacation. there are also lots of food sellers in front. so it's really easy to find food at night. really satisfied playing and staying here.

The room is very spacious, clean, hot water works well, balcony with a very nice view facing the mountains. The kids love staying here, especially with the big kids pool too. What we like the most here is the free breakfast which is very delicious, varied and added with an interesting view around the restaurant. Thank you also to all the friendly staff and good service.

Got a room at the end of the 6th floor, a bit creepy because it was quiet, but the front view was nice and the back view was straight to the mountain. The hallway to the room had a ceiling full of spots, it looked like it was leaking, but the room was clean and well maintained, even though it was an old hotel. Hopefully the maintenance will be given more attention

Staying at Hotel Surya and Cottage Tretes is always a pleasant experience. A favorite place with a distinctive ambiance: cold, foggy air, and a calm atmosphere make the heart feel comfortable. My favorite room is equipped with large glass that leads directly to the balcony—providing a dramatic and romantic view, especially when the fog descends slowly.
A comfortable sofa near the window is the best spot to enjoy the view outside, while a large bathtub adds a luxurious and relaxing impression. Very suitable for quality time with your partner. This place is absolutely perfect to relieve fatigue and enjoy romantic moments in the middle of cool nature.

Check in time is very easy even though it is not during check in hours. The hotel staff service is very friendly and helpful. The room atmosphere is very comfortable. The view from the room balcony and restaurant can directly see Mount Penanggungan (?). The besttt anyway. I want to come back here again sometime 🤗
