The hotel is very comfortable for a family staycation. The kids' area is also fun, and there's a large swimming pool. The rooms have quite spacious balconies. I really want to go there again next time.

Perhaps the breakfast menu could have more choices and maintain the quality of the food.

The hotel staff was friendly, the entire hotel environment was clean, but it was a shame that the breakfast menu was too ordinary, especially the fried rice menu was really lacking, and the omelettes were too much in stock so they were cold when served.

It was a great stay experience! They always had an event for guests, especially during holidays. Ambiance/Facilities: Very comfy, they have many facilities and fun activities. Food: The food was good, but I think they can serve more variety of food for breakfast. Staff Assistance: Very friendly and helpful. Price: Very worth the price. Location: Very strategic place.

The hotel is really nice. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The pool is also nice, and the breakfast menu is comprehensive. This hotel is just perfect.

A quiet resting place when on holiday with family, thank you

I stayed in a signature room on the 5th floor, got a balcony as requested. The room was large and clean, it was just a shame that the mountains weren't clearly visible during the cloudy weather. There was a bathtub so we could soak in it. There were plenty of activities for the kids, making it comfortable. The only thing lacking was the TV channels, which were crowded, and we didn't have a smart TV yet. And no one informed us that the signature room had access to the signature lounge for afternoon tea and a welcome drink. I found out after reading Google reviews, and it's a shame we weren't informed, even though it's a guest's right. It was my husband's birthday when I stayed here, so I asked for a complimentary cake. There were also animals that entered the room like leeches, then suddenly came out on their own even though the balcony was closed. We didn't know about the restaurant on the 2nd floor being open every time, so we had to go out for dinner. We found out about it from Instagram, but we saw it was closing late, but eating at the restaurant was an additional source of income and we didn't have to go out.

The outside looks old, but the inside is very clean and comfortable. Bringing kids there will make them not want to go home.

The hotel staff was very friendly. When the kids arrived, they were invited to play with them so they wouldn't get bored. I happened to bring my elderly parents, and all the hotel staff were very helpful and responsive in serving them. 5 stars for you guys.

My first experience staying at Surya Hotel was very memorable. The children really enjoyed their stay because there were lots of fun children's play activities. The hotel atmosphere was also very comfortable and close to food centers.

Parking is not far from the lobby, check-in is fast, the room and bathroom are spacious and clean, with sufficient amenities, all available. Breakfast with a variety of flavors is served very well. Thank you for the anniversary surprise provided by the hotel management and a pleasant staycation experience. Suggestion: choose a room if possible, so that non-smoking guests can be more considerate so that they are not close to smoking guests, because the smoke on the balcony next to the smoker is disturbing.
