Hotels in Tretes

Hotel has a lot of facilities to be enjoyed. Kids enjoy overall stay and the experience. For family, better to book package with activities and not hotel only. Restaurant quality was not up to expectation. On weekend, only 2 waitress spotted. Had to wait more than 1 hour for food to arrived after ordering. No clear explanation was given when booking for dinner with girraffe. Not aware that the slot is only for 20 min for 550,000 Rp. Food for the dinner slot was average. I would recommend to opt for giraffe feeding instead as you got to experience feeding it and it was cheaper at 200,000 Rp. For dinner slot, you can only take photo and pat the giraffe, no feeding allowed.

Overall is good, nice place to get experience with family and especially my daughter, with a facilities like swimming pool and mini garden, its more than enough to visit Hotel Surya Prigen.

The staff are very friendly, the food is also delicious and has lots of choices and the location is also very strategic.

This hotel is great for family vacation. We had the room that we reserved (connected rooms). Nice view from the room. Friendly staffs. But there is always room for improvement. The cleanliness and the completeness of the room amenities should be double checked before confirming that the room is ready. The bar/wait staff by the pool/recreation area need to be more active to up-selling the product. The availability of F&B on the menu should be communicated among the F&B staffs and inform the guests when they take the order. Need to have more menu option in the hotel 's restaurant since it was very limited food outlets outside the hotel. Overall, Nice experience, and one of recommended hotel to stay during vacation with family. Thank you.

The room no have big window just small one in the top so feel trapped inside the room. Firstly we think in the back of big curtain is the wall with glass window but hard wall with curtain.

Pemandangan indah, fasilitas sudah agak kuno tapi bersih, mungkin bisa peremajaan kembali karena ada lokasi yang gelap dan tidak terurus

Great place for family staycation.

Bed is not exactly double bed but joined twin bed so the center bed is hard and hurtful, their hospitality services needs improvement a lot, the general service though. The facilities around hotel needs cleaning and maintenance, like the conbloc way was too slippery, I have been reviewed at gmaps, the photos already deleted and can not upload in here.

Old hotel with a new wing on top of car parking. But you cannot go there directly have to go to main building, so quite far to get to your room, not efficient. Rest OK although the bathroom already shows some wear.
