We would recommend staying here

no bell boy had to carry our own luggage to 3 rd floor, no hot water, no fresh towels.

This stay was far beyond what we expected. The room was super clean and comfortable and the staff was above and beyond helpful. They had recommendations and advice for every situation which helped us have a great time in the city. The bar and wait staff were also exceptional. There is even an actual alpaca in the courtyard (her name is Kiki) and it is so much fun to watch her antics. I would highly recommend this property. This experience was worth every penny!

The laundry service was super convenient. Breakfast had a lot of options and you could order an omelet.

Amazing place to stay

Our stay was wonderful! The staff were so nice and helpful would definitely stay here again. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was that there was no full size mirror in the room, also the heater didn’t really heat up the room which isn’t the worst but when it’s 40 degrees out you kind of need the warmth.

We had a quick stay at the Union Hotel, but I would definitely stay again. The location is excellent, and the courtyard is lovely. The room was clean and very comfortable. Shout out to the kindly staff members who was very friendly when we both checked in and out. Overall, great value and a wonderful hotel!

A lovely space within easy walking distance of plaza, market, dining, and nightlife. Comfortable, clean room with a very welcome heater in the bathroom and filtered water available in room. A wonderful addition was a sweet rescued baby alpaca on the inner patio in very nice , clean living quarters, living her best baby life!

What a charming hotel — I absolutely loved it! One of the highlights? A baby alpaca was also staying at the hotel, which was an unexpected and delightful surprise. Breakfast was excellent — very varied and made with fresh ingredients. The staff was kind and welcoming. The room was small but well laid out and functional. The one downside is that it can get quite hot during sunny days, as the room heats up a lot. Luckily, it cools down nicely at night, making it comfortable for sleeping. The location is great — close to the market and easy to get around from. Would definitely recommend for the experience alone!

Just as advertised.

Very charming hotel, room sizes are great for families. They even have a alphaca at the hotel. Downside, there is no air conditioning and some rooms only have sky lights no windows . Location is great for restaurants and site seeing.

Everything eas great snd very accomodating. The only thing i didnt like is that they didnt have AC unit, and we get hot after a whope day of touristing.

Good vibes, very clean and co.fortable, great location

Our stay was generally good but some things were off. We loved the location and style. Breakfast was decent and cleaning was excellent. An issue with our room was addressed right away, but we still had some trouble with hot water supply and staff attention towards one of our party when arranging transportation. These problems did not make our stay bad, but left us feeling some things can be better. Still a solid hotel worth attention, we would consider returning but would just ask for a room that doesn’t face the street.

Great breakfast buffet and have some variety everyday. Great location right next to San Pedro market. The outlets in room were very loose, closet was broken. The windows are very thin so you can hear everyone and our room was right next to the stairs so we heard when people were going up and down. No elevator. Great value though.

The breakfast was great with a large variety. They had a llama on site. I saw an employee teaching a family how to spin yarn. The motel had a lovely outdoor seating area and was very relaxing.

We loved it! Staff is very nice. We loved Kiki and the free classes! Great value!

Breakfast was great, the trips that were arranged for pickup at hotel picked up right outside no problem,no ice on the property, when I asked they said they didn't have any, the rooms are nice but noisy,I would still stay here but I would upgrade to a better room, don't take the cheapest one offered it is next to the road and you could hear every vehicle and the buses ran every 5 minutes,I heard everyone of them, my plane was cancelled and they let me stay that night even though I checked out early, I will never forget that generosity, I recommend you to stay here, just get a room away from the road

My room was excellent. didn't use laundry, Airport shuttle excellent! Breakfast off the hook! Amazing. Over all experience 9.85! .
