I had a nice time and the customer service was outstanding.

There are many units at this property. I can only speak on the one I stayed in. The couches were really old and faded and had stains all over them. We had to pit sheets on them to even sit on them. The patio furniture outside was dirty as well. The place was dusty, the coffee pot was nasty, the bathrooms had some cleanliness issues. In the main bedroom the headboards were coming out of wall. The extra linens were just thrown in a closet, which made think they were dirty. They don't provide trash bags so bring some. The common areas of the hotel were clean and nice. There is a pizza joint attached to hotel. Parking is across the street which you don't find out until after you book. Overall won't be staying at the place again. If there is no way of knowing if you will get a crappy unit like I did or not. I did contact the management company and they were going to send a cleaner out but how would you clean the couches? I asked about switching units and they didn't even acknowledge I asked. Elliot beach rentals is the company who manages at least this one unit.

The property was not cleaned. The pull out bed was broke and they never came to fix it and it was uncomfortable to sleep in. I sent pictures of the nasty sheets to the email and they brought some new sheets. Worse experience. I should’ve gotten a partial refund. Nobody ever followed up.

The condo was beautiful & very clean! We loved the view from the balcony. I stayed with a friend for a long weekend & we had so much fun. Resort offers a lot of entertainment & has good drinks & a decent pizza place. Probably one of the nicer places I’ve stayed in Myrtle. Got it at a really great price too with Expedia.

We saw a couple of cockroaches on different occasions in the lobby but room was clean

Experience was great, negative issue, unable to turn off light on the deck, could not set outside at night & enjoy the view due to bugs the light attracted. Otherwise wonderful experience. Thank you!!

Room that I was needing so more attention with cleaning,doors are little bit hard to open or close, bed was comfortable,maybe better detergent on the bed covers those have some kind of smell like poor detergent,fridge and stove little bit older they work good just don’t look the best.a nice pool was close. Good food

After receiving confirmation that our room was ready and arriving, we found that the living room hide-a-bed was not folded back into the couch due to the bed folding mechanism was broken. We were not able to relax and enjoy the living room space do to the couch bed being out and the couch cushions piled on top of the bed. The couch was not fixed until after the 3rd day of our 4 night stay. We were able to use the living room space on our last day. Additionally the dining table and TV table was dirty and smeared. The bathroom countertop was dirty with fake eyelashes on the counter. The kitchen stovetop was dirty and two of the burners were disconnected and not able to reconnect. I spent several hours of our vacation on the phone, during the first night and next two days with Elliott properties to remedy the issues. Elliott Properties asked if a reclean was completed with me explaining that housekeeping did not return. We cleaned the space our self. I have requested some sort of compensation due to the poor conditions with not response from Elliott Properties or the Condo owner. I do not recommend that anyone use this location for their vacation.

Big balcony facing ocean, pool bar was a great amenity, restaurant also on site was very convenient.

The only reason for the property was that it was here, but it was damaged, and I contacted them to fix it, but they never came. So I had to sleep with my roommate. My other roommate had to sleep on the floor because he didn't have anywhere to sleep, because the sofa bed was broken.

It was quiet and seemed to be mostly occupied by residents. Beach was clean as well!

We had a great time staying there.

Our stay at this property was frustrating. To begin with, the room smelled unpleasant. The house was filled with dust, from the curtains to the table. This caused us to sneeze all night from having to breathe it all. In addition, most of the kitchen utensils were dirty and greasy, and there was no sponge to clean them. The indoor pool was disgusting, green, and apparently hadn't been cleaned for a long time. It's sad to pay your money and not even receive a clean place to sleep because even the pillows were dirty. A totally disappointing stay.

We had nothing to complain about.

Property check in office was located miles from the property. Property address was at 21st avenue south and check in/out was 35th avenue north! The front desk at property was locked and cluttered with boxes and other stuff. We were Not told that room key had to be used Everywhere in the building or that parking lot was across the street. I am physically limited and have handicap access permit. There were 4 spots in front of building only and always full. Elevator was out of service when we arrived so we had to wait to go up. Room was reasonably clean but could do with a deep clean. Fridge door was rusted and dented and it did not fit properly in the space it was in so the door wouldn’t open all the way. The sofa and chair had a few small stains but was comfortable. The bed was very nice and comfortable. The bath was very nice and clean. The balcony was perfect and so was view. The pool area and restaurant was perfect. We had a pizza there that was delicious. Beach just a few steps away and lifeguard was there as well. Overall good stay but we will not stay again because of lack of handicap parking and inconvenience of checking in and out. We were required to drive back to check out and deliver the key. We left a day early

Very nice and clean

Our stay was great. The place was clean and was perfect for my husband and I. The bed and couch was a bit uncomfortable but overall a great stay.

Roaches and the smell was AWFUL
