This is a very nice all inclusive resort, if you are a family with kids to entertain will be a very good choice. Otherwise it is isolated, there is not much to do around but if you have a car you can enjoy the beauty of the island.

I recently stayed at the Hard Rock Café Hotel in Tenerife, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived, John at the front desk was incredibly kind, explaining everything clearly—where the restaurants were, and all the facilities we could use. He was so cheerful, and we immediately felt warmly welcomed. The hotel itself was excellent—great condition, spotless rooms, and an overall pristine atmosphere. I also want to give special thanks to some truly remarkable people at Eden Pool: Karen and Ivan at the bar, and Daniela outside the bar. They served us drinks with such professionalism, always with a smile and exceptional service. Everything was beautiful, everything was extraordinary. The entire area was so clean, with a fantastic pool and great music from a DJ. The vibe at the hotel was so vibrant and perfect for relaxation, especially in the evening when the atmosphere became magical. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

Fantastic hotel in a great location with excellent facilities and entertainment. The hotel is very well maintained and our room was gorgeous and kept spotless throughout our stay. We stayed in a Rock Royalty room with the added perk of 15th-floor lounge access which was well worth it. We also had a separate VIP check in on the 13th floor. The staff were fantastic and breakfast in the RR lounge was excellent, with plenty of choice and eggs your way cooked to order. I had Eggs Benedict most mornings which I really enjoyed. We stayed All Inclusive and were impressed by the quality and variety of both the food and drinks. There were plenty of options and the standard was consistently high. We spent most of our time at the adults-only Eden Pool, which had a great atmosphere. The DJs played excellent music throughout the day without it being too overbearing or intrusive. The spa was one of the best I’ve visited. The thermal circuit was fantastic and even included a snow room. I also had a facial which was incredibly relaxing. My partner used the gym and found it had everything he needed. Our only disappointment was that the Friday White Party was cancelled due to the weather, but given how great the entertainment was throughout our stay, we’re sure it would’ve been another highlight of the holiday. Overall, a fantastic holiday and we wouldn’t hesitate to return! 😁

Room was spotlessly clean on arrival and cleaned every day. Stylish hotel with multiple pool areas to choose from and lovely rooftop bar. It has it’s own little beach area. We were not all-inclusive as we wanted to eat out. There are several lovely restaurants nearby. Minor complaints were - extortionate cost for hotel drinks. Tried a few different cocktails and they were all awful - overly sweet and not worth the money. Building site across the road from our room was really noisy - drilling from first thing to around 7pm mon-fri. A couple of days it was so loud it woke us up and we couldn’t sit on the balcony or use the nearest pool. We were able to go to the furthest away pool instead. There are no drinking water taps for refillable bottles. We bought water at the handy supermarket across the road. Staff were mostly extremely helpful and friendly, apart from breakfast room staff who were brusque to the point of rude and a bit scary. On saying all of this - with the right deal, we would recommend and go back.

The room was in okay condition but the cleaning was poor, the music was extremely loud and it continued until 11pm every night, when that finished there was music from some bar outside by the beach that was unbearable. If you are half board the most ridiculous thing is that they dont even give you tap water for dinner. Hotel was almost empty the last day and they told us they needed our room so we could not do late check out. First time in Tenerife for us, we saw a lot of the island it is beautiful, rent a car to travel strongly recommend it, lots to see outside the hotel. Regarding the hospitality in this hotel, it is very poor, it feels like you are there to be exploited and its so obvious it makes one feel very uncomfortable.

When I booked the hotel with Expedia, I booked it on an all inclusive deal. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told I only had bed and breakfast. I tried to contact Expedia to rectify the situation but after many phone calls to their automated service, and using the chatbot service, I was told it didn’t recognise my booking number. To say I was annoyed is an understatement. I then asked how much it would cost me to upgrade to all inclusive, as this is what I wanted in the first place. So I paid it and hoped I would be reimbursed by Expedia once I returned to the UK. After several times of trying to contact Expedia, I have now given up. So when you’re booking guys, be careful you are not stung the same way that I was. Also, when you think you are getting all inclusive, You actually are not. Many of the nicer cocktails, and nicer foods, for example a nice steak Are not included, and you will have to pay 80% of the price on the menu. It only gets you 20% off these special items. So save your money and eat out.

Excellent hotel. Staff are amazing. Plenty of choice in the buffet. Particularly enjoyed The Beach Club restaurant. Pools are heated and there’s always loads of sunbeds available. Pool towels are also provided. Enjoyed the evening entertainment and bar staff always walking around ready to fetch you drinks.

The restaurant staff were very good, but the food wasn’t great. The pool lifeguard with the towels was so rude nearly every day. It’s a shame you don’t get basic amenities in the room like water and better bathroom amenities.

Highlights: Great music, facilities, rooms, Pilates / Yoga classes and breakfast! Lowlights: All inclusive was more of a semi all inclusive, anything more than what your mum can cook at home you have to pay a premium for. Rooftop on the 16th isn't all inclusive at all, and if you like drinking past 12pm anywhere in the hotel you best get your wallet out because you should be in bed! Don't go to the beach club for lunch, waited 45 minutes for 2 chicken wings. Female waitresses at the Adults only pool need to learn how to smile. Proper mood hoovers. Pool party on Friday was cancelled, but advertised all week in reception... don't do it that time of year apparently but maybe the waitresses couldn't be arsed. Played some beer pong instead and they then got a paddy on for ordering and drinking too much beer... The hotel needs to hire some entertainment staff for around the pool during the day. Animation team or something to light the place up a bit. Had a great time none the less, but thought it would be better.

It’s a fairly expensive hotel so you expect a certain level of food, entertainment and fun at this type of hotel but it lacked a lot. It’s an average hotel and only worth half the price. I wouldn’t come again. From cockroaches in room to smell of food throughout the hotel rooms and lack of good fun for the kids.

Here’s a structured review based on your feedback: --- **Hotel Review** **Overall Experience:** I recently stayed at this hotel during the Easter holiday, and my experience was not as expected. **Breakfast:** - Breakfast was okay, but the dining area was very busy. **Check-In Experience:** - The reception and security staff were not very helpful upon arrival. Had to carry all our luggages ourself. Food and Drink Prices: - Prices for food and drinks were excessively high for the quality offered. Pool Area: - The pool was consistently busy, and they often ran out of towels. Noise Levels: - There was loud live Hard Rock music every night until midnight, making it difficult for my kids to sleep. Theme Awareness: - I was not aware that the hotel had a strong focus on Hard Rock music, which was not suitable for our family. Kids Club: My kids only spend few hours out of 10 days stay? Conclusion: Overall, I won’t be returning to this hotel.
