Great hotel. Clean. Staff are kind and helpful. Rented the guitar to play and it was amazing. Went half board.

We had our first family holiday with our little one here. By far the best part of this hotel is it's people - everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful with special shoutouts to Chyntia in the restaurant (who always kindly washed bubba's bib for us), Enrique at the Pool restaurant with his amazing sense of humour and Adonis at the pool bar. There are many others I'd like to shout out but can't remember names! The pools are lovely and the evening band / singer entertainment was always great. We went all inclusive - there were some times (e.g. 5.30-6.00) when we couldn't get food which made it harder with feeding bubba (although this could be because we are out of season) but otherwise the food was always nice and there was a good variety. The views are lovely and the rooms are clean and well presented. The cleaning staff are also incredibly helpful and efficient. We had a lovely time here.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short break. There were both positives and areas for improvement. The pool area was lovely—large, clean, and inviting—though the loungers lacked padding, which didn’t quite match the five-star expectation. The room was modern and well-maintained, but the mattress was old and caused discomfort. Even after changing rooms, the bed wasn’t much better, and I relied on a pullout bed. If the bedding situation is improved, I would stay again, as the rest of the experience has great potential.

3rd stay and the hotel is still in excellent condition - lovely spacious rooms, drinks quality is unbeatable especially compared to other all inclusive. However the à la carte dining options had changed (condensed into one restaurant) and the food quality was significantly worse in the sports bar and Asian fusion. Buffet remained excellent.

Another fabulous stay here with the wife. We love the location, the vibe and general feeling of space around the site. Depending on how we get on at the airport heading home (very slow on arrival with the new electronic security checks) i’m sure we’ll be ‘rocking’ back up here again soon…

Great for families and groups. Pools and pool areas were well maintained with good vibes. Loved the roof top bar but very windy shame it isn’t open during the day. I was in standard room, which really needed to be updated even with the standard hard rock theme. It really did feel like i stepped back in time to the 80’s This room seemed outdated. The Food in all the restaurants was very average, breakfast seemed to have a wide choice. As a solo traveller every time i got up to get to fetch coffee, water or something my table was cleared away staff ready to seat the next group or family. This gave the impression this hotel is not set up for solo guests over all staff were friendly and helpful.

The amazing breakfast buffet and the magnificent view from our room on the 15th floor were definite highlights. Rooms are small, but bed was comfortable and furnishings modern and upbeat. Loved the evening concert in the lobby! Excellent location for strolling around shops and restaurants or even taking a swim in the ocean after swimming in one of the three Hard Rock pools. You’ll want to share these one-of-a-kind photos!

Had a fabulous stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife! From the moment we arrived, everything felt five-star. The welcome was warm and efficient, and the vibe of the hotel is just incredible, stylish, vibrant, and full of personality. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the balcony views were stunning, the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or sunset drink. The pool areas are absolutely amazing. Breakfast was another highlight, such a huge variety and everything fresh and delicious.

Room was always clean and fast service. I liked the entertainment at night. The only thing service at à la cart restaurant was slow.

Resort, staff, and breakfast buffet were great, only complaint is the lack of music. We were hoping for a more lively atmosphere. There was an amazing rooftop bar but we arrived after watching the lobby band. When we arrived (a little after 11) the DJ was packing up and the bar was closing. Lobby band performed from around 8:30-11. That was the extent of the live music option. More Soft Rock Hotel than Hard Rock

Great hotel - good breakfast and very cool environment

A good hotel with wide appeal catering to the mass market. Music is everywhere and we sometimes wanted a few quiet moments but tinny rock is even piped into the lifts and comes on part way through the ride up or down. Each evening we were advised to have breakfast between 7-30-8:30 as the here was very busy. And during 1st week Feb 2026 a building site sprang up on the land opposite so the diggers and drills were competing with the music the whole week. Lacked the personal service and little touches we are used to. Towels were removed from room and not replaced in evening more than once. Having said that we had a room with a sea view and the sunshine we hoped for. Would not go back here but Tenerife is a good place for winter sun
