I want to share detailed and complete thoughts on this hotel. First of all, to be honest, I thought the photos shared on the app website would be okay and I would get what I was shown. But the reality was completely opposite. If you are coming to HCM for a short or long stay, AVOID THIS HOTEL. The following are the reasons: 1. The hotel looks totally outdated and above all, it is straight in front of a karaoke bar, and the noise is there the whole night. I can say I was listening to loud noise until 2 AM in the morning. 2. The bed was clean, but not that clean, I must say. 3. When I entered the room, the AC was not working, and one night I slept in a humid room, but the next day it was fixed after complaining 4 times to the manager. 4. The light in the room was so dim that I had to open the window curtain and even had to put my phone's brightness to 100% to see my phone. 5. The washroom was below average, and there was no proper shampoo and even no proper body wash. Overall, a very bad experience. I will avoid it now. And you should also avoid it.

There are many risks involved in staying here, so consider carefully. When I checked in, there were problems and things weren't as expected; it was very dirty.

The room was nice and clean, with a bathtub, but there was no toilet paper or dry tissue provided. The staff were enthusiastic, and both the price and the room were okay. It's a good location, right outside the door you can see Ben Thanh Market.

I booked a 25m2 room but they gave me an 18m2 room, and I ordered a queen-size bed but they gave me a single bed. The room they gave me didn't match the price I paid. A very negative experience.

The pictures were completely irrelevant. The room smelled awful, the bedsheets were itchy. I couldn't sleep at night because the bar music was too loud. The elevator was noisy and I had to walk up to the 9th floor. The toilet smelled like sewage, the water drained slowly, was clogged, and I had to wait for the water to come out. It was 100% unrelated to the advertisement.

It wasn't suitable for me. When I booked, the app showed me a different room type, but when I checked in, the app confirmed they sent me a different room category. It's very noisy here. Anyone wanting peace and quiet shouldn't stay here because there's a bar across the street. I'm not complaining about the hotel, but I'm unhappy with the app for not clearly showing the room type I booked and paid for before sending a different picture. The room is clean but old.

The room is beautiful and in good condition, but the elevator is very slow. The air conditioner is loud and takes very little time to cool down. However, the location is excellent. You can walk to find everything.

Bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. Right in front was a night club and the sound is extremely loud. Horrible sleeping experience.

We came early 6AM but there is no vacant room but the receptionist let us rest in the spa room, not so bad. 2 hours later we can check in and pay extra 9.5USD, very cheap. The receptionist really friendly. If you look for a place near the center city this is the one. But if you need some place quiet, you should not book this one, because at night the bar opposite kinda loud.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 days. The hotel staff supported me very enthusiastically, the hotel is in the center of District 1, easy to move around. Just a small comment is that the hotel slippers do not have grip, so I fell once when I went down to the ground floor to get my things, the staff lent me another pair of slippers to wear in the room, so it was temporarily fixed.

The room is spacious, the bed is big, but the room has an unpleasant smell, plus the soundproofing is not good, I can hear the washing machine spinning right next to the room.

The staff came to clean the room and saw the air conditioner leaking water, so they called a technician to fix it. Satisfied with this place, will come back again.

The room is very nice, the room has a very pleasant coffee smell. The location is 3 steps from Ben Thanh market, near the bus stations. The only thing is that the hotel is opposite a bar, from 12am the music is very loud. My family was tired after going out so the loud music still let us sleep well. I have trouble sleeping but after covering myself with the pillow for a while, I fell asleep without knowing it, not knowing what time the music was until.

Great. Close to the center, easy to get around.

The hotel is opposite the bar so it's very noisy in the evening and at night. The day I went there, I had children and they arranged for me to stay on the top floor without an elevator. The house was under renovation and there was a lot of fine dust, and especially the floor I was on had plaster walls so the soundproofing was very poor so I couldn't sleep 🥲
