Lift card was not working multiple times. We had to spend 30 minutes to get it fixed, and we missed the bus, delaying the whole trip. Staff could have been more supportive. Food is mostly pork; variety can be increased. Only reason to stay is good location.

It was a good experience for us when staying at Fujisan Station Hotel. They have a very good location, delicious food, and good ambiance.

Despite my initial thought that it might be an old building, the hotel felt very modern and fresh. The staff were incredibly welcoming right from the start. Even though I wasn't feeling my best during check-in, they were super patient and helpful. The breakfast was simple but just right, served in a quaint restaurant that had a great vibe and offered a beautiful view. There are also vending machines by the lobby for when you need a quick snack or drink. Our room was spacious compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Japan at a similar price point, with lovely amenities that made our stay comfortable. What's more, the hotel is just a short walk from Fujisan Station, and you can catch an amazing view of Mount Fuji right from the front of the hotel. I'd definitely recommend Fujisan Station Hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

From the window you can see Mount Fuji. Highly recommended. Breakfast is also delicious although there is a little variety.

It 's a great experience staying at fujisan hotel as the place is comfortable, clean, spacious and has good view of Mt Fuji. It has free shuttle bus to kawaguchiko Station. The stay come with free breakfast that really delicious and many choices of food. We enjoyed the stay very much!

The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is pretty good, and they also have nice clean laundry machines. The location is very close and easy walking to Fujisan station, but not much around there. We stayed without a car, relying on public transportation, and there 's not much around the hotel. The hotel has free shuttle bus around that runs only until 6pm.

The location of the hotel is very near the train station. Great brekafast. Got a view of mt fuji.

Near to fujisan station, and they also have a free shuttle bus to kawaguchiko, fujikyu and fuji world heritage. There’s a note of what the breakfast contains. So it’s good for muslim.

Standard room with good location

The room is spacious, clean, the window facing Mt. Fuji is really good if we want to explore the Fuji area and stay here, besides that this hotel is one of the tourist bus stop stations so there's no need to bother going to the station first. If there is an opportunity to Fuji again, God will stay here again :)

Very good location can see the eye. Fuji from the room window, clean room and good breakfast. There is a free shuttle to Kawaguchikoko Station. Room facilities complete with hair dryer.
