Maybe the breakfast food is little bit salty for me.

I've stayed here many times and it never disappoints. The location is close to Tunjungan Plaza, so I never get bored. There was a slight problem ordering an extra bed on the day of the reservation by phone (I planned to call in advance so the room would be ready upon arrival), but the staff informed me that the extra bed was fully booked and I could confirm it upon arrival at the check-in counter. Upon arrival, I confirmed that there were plenty of extra beds available and could be requested by phone. Due to this misinformation, the front desk clerk offered a complimentary late check-out. Although unnecessary, I really appreciated the gesture. Valet service is available for IDR 50,000/day. Overall, the hotel staff (security, porter, front desk, concierge, cleaning service) were very well-mannered, fast, and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable for a one-night stay. Even with an extra bed, the room didn't feel cramped. Thank you, Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya - Tunjungan Plaza. Great experience. Will be staying here again and glad to recommend this hotel to a friend.

I guess this hotel deserved the best hospitality service in Surabaya because their staffs are AMAZING! I personally love the breakfast options and ambiance. The location and the activity for the school holiday are also impressive. The kids love the pool as they are already asking for another stay.

Honestly, one of the best hotel services I've ever experienced. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. Their attitude makes us happy whenever we meet them. The food? The street food was tasty, that's how good it is. Nasi ayam balado, pecel, lontong balap, and etc, all taste AMAZING!!! The room is very spacious, if you are on staycation with friends, it can easily fit 3-4 persons.

Everything is okay, the staff are friendly, from helping to carry luggage to the room, the restaurant menu and restaurant staff and reception are all okay, basically it is always the hotel of choice for families.

I wanted to change to 2 days 1 room but it was not possible and there was no assistance, disappointing both the app and Four Points, definitely will not be back, terrible.

Since we arrived, the frontliners staff were so warm, helpful, friendly. The front office staff were excellent, fast response. The breakfast was great, a vary range choice. They serve cappuchino from the machine; Should try the crepes, vegie juices, etc. The pastry so good. Thank you for your kind most service to Ms. Endang, Ms. Evelyn, Mr. Diego, Ms. Sasya, Chef Pastry Pak Tri. The pool and it's landscape is superb at night. We try their fitness facilities also and do morning run in the Tunjungan area. Definitely will be back if we visit Surabaya again.
