Since we arrived, the frontliners staff were so warm, helpful, friendly. The front office staff were excellent, fast response. The breakfast was great, a vary range choice. They serve cappuchino from the machine; Should try the crepes, vegie juices, etc. The pastry so good. Thank you for your kind most service to Ms. Endang, Ms. Evelyn, Mr. Diego, Ms. Sasya, Chef Pastry Pak Tri. The pool and it's landscape is superb at night. We try their fitness facilities also and do morning run in the Tunjungan area. Definitely will be back if we visit Surabaya again.

When I go to Surabaya, I never stay anywhere else. Always at Four Points. The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, you can ask for a change of bed sheet, and it's close to the mall. I'm VERY SATISFIED. The view is also really cool.

The hotel location is close to TP mall… The staff are very friendly and very helpful… I arrived at 12 noon and was helped for early check-in (thank you, Ms. Swara), the environment and room are very clean… the breakfast menu is delicious…
