Had such a lovely staycation at Ascott Jakarta ✨ From the moment we arrived, I already felt the warmth of the service. We were personally welcomed by the manager, which made the experience feel very special and thoughtful. As a mom traveling with family, little details like this really mean a lot 🤍 The apartment was super spacious and comfortable it truly felt like a home away from home. Having a living room, kitchen, and washer made everything so much easier, especially when traveling with a little one. The environment was also calm and relaxing even though the location is right in the heart of the city. One thing I really appreciated was how the team helped make everything so convenient, including assisting with ordering food online, which made our stay even more practical and stress-free. It really helped me focus on enjoying quality time with my family. Location-wise, it’s also very strategic, close to malls, so everything we needed was easily accessible. Overall, such a comfortable and heartwarming stay. Definitely a place I would come back to for another family staycation 🤍✨

Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Room is spacious. In-room facilities are perfect. Everything I need is in the room. Location is the best, just besides malls and eateries. The only downside is the breakfast option. Quite disappointed with the options and taste. As Indonesia is popular with good food, I'm expecting more. Hope this will be improve in the future. Overall, I has great time during my stay here.

Compared to other Ascotts, this one is old and dirty. Old carpets with visible dirt greeted us from the start of the check-in process. The standard receptionist tended to be unprepared (on standby), perhaps because we checked in early in the morning. And she was coughing (she tried to hold back her cough several times but couldn't), making the initial experience quite lacking. The room is spacious, cold, and has an old vibe. Some appliances use three-prong plugs (iron, water heater), and these are only available in the room. There are none in the kitchen or living room. The electric stove didn't work. The hot water dispenser didn't work, but after reporting it, it was quickly replaced. The restaurant is small. It can't accommodate breakfast guests. At 8:30, many guests had to wait on the waiting list, including us. There aren't many food options. The taste is standard. Plus: close to the GI

Location is perfect. Just nearby the Thamrin Mall, Plaza Indonesia, and Grand Indonesia Mall. Just walk around 5 minutes like that.
