10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! We love it ❤️ Ascott never fails our big family staycation

I love my staying at Ascott, even tho they didn't provide towels on the 1st day (I thought they won't because it's some kind of services apt tho, so it wasn't completely their mistake). Room was clean, the location is good, so easy to find foods here. The breakfast wasn't bad either.

Excellent service! I booked to celebrate my friend's birthday. All the utensils are very comprehensive. Also, the staffs are super nice, especially the front office team, they are very helpful. What an amazing experience. Thanks!

Stayed in a 3BR suite with 4 friends. Strategic location, spacious rooms, immaculately clean and comfortable. However, breakfast food was mid and no smart TVs (has dolbi but for what?).

Kamarnya sangat luas, cocok untuk menginap keluarga. Saya memesan tipe 2 bedroom eksekutif. Fasilitas sangat lengkap, mulai dari furniture sampai ke perlengkapan dapur dan mesin cuci. Sarapan sangat enak. Akses sangat mudah ke berbagai tempat, GI, PI dan Thamcit. Stafnya dari mulai front office sampai ke satpamnya juga ramag. Lain kali saya ingin menginap lagi di sini.

On our last day, there was no electricity in the rooms and all four lifts broke down, leaving us no option but to climb down/up the stairs way to Level 17! It totally spoiled our plans during the last day in Jakarta. It doesn't make any sense that a hotel chain like Ascott have no emergency response plan and no backup lifts in situations like this.

Walaupun furniture nya sudah kuno sebenernya ga terlalu masalah kalo tidak berdebu, karena saya dan anak sensitif debu maka terasa sekali kalo kamar yang kami tempati berdebu, bantal seprei dan handuk sudah waktu nya untuk peremajaan, ada beberapa sarung bantal dan handuk nya yang sudah robek berlubang serta bewarna kekuningan terkesan kotor. Ada kejadian lift yang sempet berhenti beroperasi karena masalah teknis, tapi penanganan nya sangat profesional, staff sangat ramah, dan terima kasi buat pak erwin yang memberi kami BF complimentary akibat adanya gangguan kejadian lift nya. Lokasi hotel top markotop, staff hotel sangat membantu dan ramah, yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah peremajaan bahan amenities serta kebersihan kamarnya.

I had to change rooms in the middle of the night. 0130 in the morning. I don't know what happened but the floors were soaking wet and my bed was so wet/damp one could not sleep. The mens sauna. I own a couple hotels. If any of my suana"s was like this I would have to close it immediately. Its a dangerous place. Broken boards everywhere. 200-300 dollars of maintenance may save you a negligence law suit. I relayed this info. To your manager. REGARDS, DWAYNE.
