10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! I had the most luxurious and comfortable stay at Grand Hyatt in room 727. I would like to thank mr Fajar in front desk for helping me check in so quickly within 10 minutes. So fast! I’m amazed! The work ethics and the commitment to serve is beyond! Keep up the good work. Also I wanna thank the cleaning team of the room. The room is so gorgeous clean and huge! Room is not that large but they use the space in a very optimal way (example: there's a bathtub even if it's slightly smaller). Bed is comfortable with great pillow, they even have various pillow menu. View from window is great. Breakfast buffet has great variety and delicious

Upon checking into this hotel, I have sky-high expectation for both the service and the room. I have passed this hotel several times and really curious on how this well-known hotel doing on their services. I booked a night just to have a good time together with my partner and enjoying our weekend there. Upon arrival, We're greeted with a very warm welcome and they were already offer to brought our belongings, even when it's not really that much stuff. They gave us a very nice welcome drink and the receptionist, Ms. Jesslyn, treated is very well during check-in. Our requests were all fulfilled and really appreciate their attention on the small details. Then when we arrived at the room. We were stunned. It was a neatly oriental-decorated spacious room with tons of cool stuffs, one of the example was the speaker inside our bathroom. Which really gave us an awesome experience on watching movies while indulge in the bath tub. The bed was comfy and the pillows were outstanding. Definitely ranked among our top 5 hotel with the best bed ever! The hotel's facilities are considered complete for the 5-star hotel. It has a very spacious and proper gym court complete with saunas, massage and spa, and also the swimming pool, although the swimming pool is not really that big. They also noticeably fast on our in-room requests. I don't feel any delay as they send our request immediately and they happily gave what we wanted even when it was late in the night. The breakfast also exceptional! They have tons of choices in pastry (I love pastries) and the varieties of cuisines as well. The servers were also very helpful and fulfill all our requested stuffs, even when the restaurant is very packed. Overall, the hotel is really the best choice for whoever wanted to have an awesome experience on staycation in the oriental-themed hotel with nice services! Clean hotel, check in was great. The breakfast was ala carte but the menu was good. The balcony's small but it is cool. Location is good, it's far from main road so you can sleep well. Nice hotel.

Everything is a great and excited. Staff are very helpful and polite, The Room is spacious, elegant and very clean. The bed is very large and super comfy. Bathroom also in good conditions and spacious too. The views from my room is the best, and the important one is the location is accesible to everywhere cause it near everywhere too. Staying at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin was an amazing moment for my life and you mus try. Thank you for your hospitality and will come back again in future.

Strategically located, near subway entrance and really close to both Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia Mall. You can also see Welcome Monument (Patung Selamat Datang). Nice view from your room, especially if you can get middle height floor, say 5th to 7th floor.. Breakfast is nice, taste good & served on timely manner. Very clean, good ambiance and you get a lot of helpful staff.. Enjoyable stay, definitely will book for the next visit.. The artworks always add to the staying experience in the clean, practical room. Super great location with easy access to main offices, legendary eating places, and the train station.

Nice room with affordable price and located in a strategic area

The room was clean and near to bni city Airport Train. Got upgraded to the Junior Suite with large windows overlooking Thamrin road

The staff are very responsive, very polite and nice; the room is spacious and clean! The location is very strategic in the heart of business district and walking distance to many delicious food street stalls. Comfortable hotel!!!

Smart Hotel Thamrin is nice small hotel, very close to Sudirman Business District Centre, just about 2km away. The hotel is clean, cheap, and with restaurant of American style.

Suitable for those who likes shopping since amaris thamrin city is just floors below..lots of eateries nearby and convenient to go everywhere.

Overall I am satisfied with the room. The facility is as its price. But the location is very convenient due to very closed location to the Sudirman BNI city stasiun (for access to Soeta Airport). Getting food is no problem as many warungs are located near the hotel. The staff are also very nice, I booked through app at 09.20 am for the same day stay and no problem et all during my check-in at 2.00 pm
