Love everything, staffs are so nice, foods & pool everything is good. Would love to comeback abd try new type of room

10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! I had the most luxurious and comfortable stay at Grand Hyatt in room 727. I would like to thank mr Fajar in front desk for helping me check in so quickly within 10 minutes. So fast! I’m amazed! The work ethics and the commitment to serve is beyond! Keep up the good work. Also I wanna thank the cleaning team of the room. The room is so gorgeous clean and huge! I hope everything will be back to normal as soon as possible during this hard times. Stay safe and healthy to all

Room is not that large but they use the space in a very optimal way (example: there's a bathtub even if it's slightly smaller). Bed is comfortable with great pillow, they even have various pillow menu. View from window is great. Breakfast buffet has great variety and delicious

Staying at Shangri-La Hotel for two nights was a great experience. There are luxurious amenities, comfortable bedding, and excellent service from the hotel staff. This hotel may have a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from, as well as a fitness center and super wide swimming pool to have fun and unwind with kids & family.

I had a pleasant stay at Fraser Sudirman. The place was terrific, the suite was fancy and spacious, so the room is far better than what I expected. I think the marketing team needs to upload a nicer pictures for these rooms because the current one doesn't really represent the real condition. The suite even has a working space and a washing machine. The kitchen has a full range of cooking utensils. The bedroom was comfy and there was two extra pillows. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Unfortunately the TV was not a smart one so it was not possible to watch Netflix. My only input is to enforce a stricter health protocol, since I didn't see the staff wearing double masks. And they should check whether the guests has already been vaccinated or not.

Upon checking into this hotel, I have sky-high expectation for both the service and the room. I have passed this hotel several times and really curious on how this well-known hotel doing on their services. I booked a night just to have a good time together with my partner and enjoying our weekend there. Upon arrival, We're greeted with a very warm welcome and they were already offer to brought our belongings, even when it's not really that much stuff. They gave us a very nice welcome drink and the receptionist, Ms. Jesslyn, treated is very well during check-in. Our requests were all fulfilled and really appreciate their attention on the small details. Then when we arrived at the room. We were stunned. It was a neatly oriental-decorated spacious room with tons of cool stuffs, one of the example was the speaker inside our bathroom. Which really gave us an awesome experience on watching movies while indulge in the bath tub. The bed was comfy and the pillows were outstanding. Definitely ranked among our top 5 hotel with the best bed ever! The hotel's facilities are considered complete for the 5-star hotel. It has a very spacious and proper gym court complete with saunas, massage and spa, and also the swimming pool, although the swimming pool is not really that big. They also noticeably fast on our in-room requests. I don't feel any delay as they send our request immediately and they happily gave what we wanted even when it was late in the night. The breakfast also exceptional! They have tons of choices in pastry (I love pastries) and the varieties of cuisines as well. The servers were also very helpful and fulfill all our requested stuffs, even when the restaurant is very packed. Overall, the hotel is really the best choice for whoever wanted to have an awesome experience on staycation in the oriental-themed hotel with nice services! Clean and cozy hotel in the heart of green Jakarta. Great appreciation for Chef Hotel, your dishes are amazing, delicious and lovely. All staffs are nice and friendly. Thanks for great hospitality.

The room was clean and near to bni city Airport Train. Got upgraded to the Junior Suite with large windows overlooking Thamrin road

Probably the nicest stay in 2020 so far. Went here for a good weekend of relaxation and not even a bit regretted my choice. The staff was helpful and always made sure I had a pleasant stay. The food was great especially the Banana Smoothie! Would surely come here again for another leisure stay :)

This was my third times (I think) staying at Ana Hotel, and always a pleasure. Would comeback again later. 😉

Suitable for those who likes shopping since amaris thamrin city is just floors below..lots of eateries nearby and convenient to go everywhere.

Its location is the greatest in the heart of the city. This hotel is also what I think Small is Beautiful. Very convenient, surrounded by many restaurants and small eateries. I don't really know where I can find the better budget hotel in the central city of Jakarta.
