Love everything, staffs are so nice, foods & pool everything is good. Would love to comeback abd try new type of room

Room is not that large but they use the space in a very optimal way (example: there's a bathtub even if it's slightly smaller). Bed is comfortable with great pillow, they even have various pillow menu. View from window is great. Breakfast buffet has great variety and delicious

I had stay because of people reviews the swimming pool is very spacious and very friendly for the kids. First impressions is amaze with the lobby and service from front office staff during check in, very straightforward and clear. Check in at 12.45 and within 15 minutes got the room key. Room is amazing and lighting is perfect. During breakfast the menu is a lot of choices and taste great. The kids station is bigger than other hotel and very friendly for the kids. The best is swimming pool is very spacious for kids and family friendly. My kids is very happy to stay here. Will comeback next available time.

Upon checking into this hotel, I have sky-high expectation for both the service and the room. I have passed this hotel several times and really curious on how this well-known hotel doing on their services. I booked a night just to have a good time together with my partner and enjoying our weekend there. Upon arrival, We're greeted with a very warm welcome and they were already offer to brought our belongings, even when it's not really that much stuff. They gave us a very nice welcome drink and the receptionist, Ms. Jesslyn, treated is very well during check-in. Our requests were all fulfilled and really appreciate their attention on the small details. Then when we arrived at the room. We were stunned. It was a neatly oriental-decorated spacious room with tons of cool stuffs, one of the example was the speaker inside our bathroom. Which really gave us an awesome experience on watching movies while indulge in the bath tub. The bed was comfy and the pillows were outstanding. Definitely ranked among our top 5 hotel with the best bed ever! The hotel's facilities are considered complete for the 5-star hotel. It has a very spacious and proper gym court complete with saunas, massage and spa, and also the swimming pool, although the swimming pool is not really that big. They also noticeably fast on our in-room requests. I don't feel any delay as they send our request immediately and they happily gave what we wanted even when it was late in the night. The breakfast also exceptional! They have tons of choices in pastry (I love pastries) and the varieties of cuisines as well. The servers were also very helpful and fulfill all our requested stuffs, even when the restaurant is very packed. Overall, the hotel is really the best choice for whoever wanted to have an awesome experience on staycation in the oriental-themed hotel with nice services! The room very clean and aesthetic. the big room one is very awesome. super comfort. the bathroom very clean. food is very delicious

it's my 2nd time and have a room in higher floor. turns out the room is smaller than lower floor. but the view is great. the room is super clean, staff is fast response, which is improvement. try the room service and ordered spaghetti carbonara for kids.. it's delicious but more like aglio olio, not creamy enough. can't wait for the 3rd times.

Located just near busy Cikini road. Easy transportation. Nearby to coffeshop and restaurant. The staff were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was good. Near taman Ismail Marzuki. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and near to bni city Airport Train. Got upgraded to the Junior Suite with large windows overlooking Thamrin road

The staff are friendly; food are good. Near RS Bunda for medical treatment. We could early check in also without any charge. And the check out time is 1 PM. Nice hotel.

Its location is the greatest in the heart of the city. This hotel is also what I think Small is Beautiful. Very convenient, surrounded by many restaurants and small eateries. I don't really know where I can find the better budget hotel in the central city of Jakarta.
