⭐️ Good Front Desk Service ⭐️ Clean rooms, plenty of space, a Smart TV (so no need to worry about Netflix), a refrigerator and a kettle for coffee/tea. ⭐️ The bathroom is also clean, with complete amenities. Body and face towels are provided, and there's hot water and a hair dryer. ⭐️ Strategic location, close to a minimarket and nearby street food stalls. ⭐️ There's a swimming pool and gym. The clean pool is 1.2m deep and located on the ground floor (indoor). ⭐️ Breakfast is quite varied and some of the menu items are delicious. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There's a friendly cat hiding in a potted plant in front of the lobby. If I have another business around this hotel, I'll probably stay here again because it's comfortable.

Check-in took a long time, almost an hour. The breakfast was very varied and the taste was mediocre, the only good thing was the Danish pastry. The room was spacious, but the shower water pressure was weak. The amenities were also incomplete. The plus was that there was a free laundry room so you could go home without bringing dirty clothes, but because it was busy, there was a long line.

The hotel staff was unfriendly. I had written a request for a high floor so I could see the view, but was given a room without a view, claiming it was full even though it was quiet when I checked in and the room was still being cleaned by staff. The towels smelled bad, and the parking lot was far away and not connected to the lobby.

Overall, the lobby, staff, and cleanliness of the room were very good. Unfortunately, the only thing that was lacking was the breakfast. Those who arrived at 9 had already finished their food. The table took a long time to be cleaned. It seemed like there weren't enough staff. It took a long time to get the food refilled, even though we had already asked twice, so that was it. But the rest was good and comfortable.

good choice for anyone who want to go around Tanah Abang Market, Sarinah, Sabang street & Bundaran HI area. The room was spacious and the facilities was good. We stayed in 2 superior rooms. We can smell ciggarrate smoke from the front door but the other room was nice. on the other hand, the other room was still dirty, also the towel for face was incomplete. For breakfast the taste was good. I think it would be even better if the serve more varity of food. They have nice indoor swimming pool. The hotel is so asthetic with all the statue and display vases. overall, good stay. Thank you for the hospitality.
