The Front desk who served us are really rude and bad, I don't know is it a gender shaming or not, but when they see my id card (KTP) they just like smiling to each other. You know how rude it is, have no words to describe my disappointment. A couple of time I always stay there, maybe next time I would not stay at that hotel anymore.
