Hotels near Sudirman Station

Very nice place with good place and view.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was superb, with so many dishes to choose from.

Had my 2nd staycation at Fraser last weekend. It was astonishing, I took the two-bedroom apartment, and I'm lucky to be greeted again by Ms. Lupita. Last week was our few family celebrations - My Sister and bro wedding celebration, my sister in law birthday, and me and my wife's wedding celebration. Ms. Lupita served us so well, from the Check-in process, Silver bird arrangement, and also the late check-out at 12:30 PM. Fraser, you are lucky to have Ms. Lupita!

I booked a three-bedrooms apartment and I choosed the room rate with breakfast included. During the stay the hotel only gave complimentary breakfast for one person only. I have explained to the hotel that I booked a three-bedrooms apartment because I bring along 6 people including me to occupy the whole apartment as the guests. It is logical and make senses when 6 people occupy all three-bedrooms accommodation. Logically, the room rate of three-bedrooms apartments including breakfast means the complementary breakfast and the benefits must be for maximum 6 guests. However, after I talk to the hotel and I have also complained to online agent, there was no solution, except they charged me more to pay the breakfasts of other 5 guests as additional charges. This is worse hospitality services I have ever experienced in a hotel in Indonesia. Such a shame that they did not solve this nicely.

Too old furniture and lack of amenities, very slow response

They didn't inform me about the turn down service so I was really shocked when the 2 of the staff suddenly randomly entering & snooping around to my room while I was in the shower & my friend was asleep. And other than that the window cover with a lots of dust making my nose itchy the service was also terribly poor for 5 star hotel the check in was late so we wait also they delivered my baggage 1 hour later I have to wait again. Never coming back again. I complaint about this a lot to their staff & also their manager and they didn't even give us any good explanation & not even a single complimentary but saying that it was the standard of all the 5 stars lol please not all of them has poor standard like yours ~ it was such a mess and not to mention the pool water its so dirty =.= the pool guy also not so friendly to the customers no wonder why this hotel received many bad reviews. I didn't even try the breakfast even though I already pay for it cause I was already in such a bad mood for the whole things happen on my half days of staying 😓😵‍💫
