I love my staying at Ascott, even tho they didn't provide towels on the 1st day (I thought they won't because it's some kind of services apt tho, so it wasn't completely their mistake). Room was clean, the location is good, so easy to find foods here. The breakfast wasn't bad either.

The room was very dirty, the towels were dirty and they ocassionaly forget to replace our towels. And most surprisingly, there was a COCKROACH in our room!

The place all over good. They need to improve the security system, cause the staff can enter my room while I was hanging out, and the room is haunted. There are photos of mine were sleeping on my gallery phone when I was staying with no one! Also the foods are super BAD

The room so cozy with big size. But we got problem with the TV connection the whole night. It was terrible. It was back to normal in the morning next day. But over all the kids were enjoyed our stay in ascott.
