Santika Slipi has always been my choice when visiting Jakarta, from the early 2000s until now. I love its location, which makes it easy to get to the South, West, and the airport. Breakfast is always varied. Although the hotel is quite old, it remains comfortable.

Upon check-in, the lobby was spacious, the hotel staff friendly, the hallway leading to the room clean and wide, the room spacious, clean, fragrant, and the bathroom spacious. The food was delicious and varied. The pool was large, and children could be supervised while swimming from the restaurant. Overall, Hotel Santika Premier was very quiet, friendly, and clean.

Saya menginap 2 malam. Over all, the room is clean, the food is good. Staff is so-so, a bit slow to respond to guest needs. Had to call twice for mineral water. Wanted to order from the restaurant but there was no menu in the room, response was slow, so I didn't order. The most memorable thing is the smell in the lobby area when walking to the lift, it's not pleasant. My feedback is not to bring down but for future improvement. Keep up the success.

The security was very friendly and helped me carry my suitcase, the staff was also helpful, perhaps the downside is that the telephone in the room could be replaced with a more modern and new one because the sticker is faded, making it difficult to call room service and the like.
