Great breakfast could accommodate groups of families. The food is also delicious with a wide array of selection. Well maintained wimming pool. Nicely appointed rooms. Highly recommended hotel.

Have stayed here since the opening of this Hotel and was impressed by the excellent service and good food. Haven't been here for a while and I must say that I'm deeply disappointed. At breakfast the food was not topped up and many trays were empty or close to empty. The station serving some kind of soup with mee has no one attending to it from the time I went in for breakfast at 8.30 am and left at 9.15 am. The bread and pastry section was laughable. I remembered that before we were served with small packs of Lurpak butter but now we're given a bowl of cheap margarine. The bread and cheap pastry was hard and tasted stale. This is a so called 4 Star hotel but the standard is 2 or 3 Stars. This hotel should charged more and offer better food and service as it is abysmal. Not coming back if the poor standard of food and service persist.

Holiday

The room is quite spacious and also clean and cozy. The foods are delicious and the services are good, if you join Club Premiere you could get an Afternoon Tea session from 5 to 8 pm. The staffs are very kind and helpful, Thanks to Ms. Djasmin for the helping us during our stay. 😉

I'm a returning customer and up to now I still think the service is getting better 👍 handled by miss eliza at the front desk. At first the bed wasn't as I ordered but it was rectified by Ms. Eliza accordingly. A recommended hotel for both business or vacation.
