The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

I booked a Suite, because of family needs. I expected it to be at least clean and comfortable. But from the main bathroom, many small cockroaches came out of the floor drain hole, and the front bathroom was the same but not as many as the main bathroom. I already called room service, and the technician came. The only capital was to seal the floor drain from the edge, and this doesn't make sense. Even though I had requested a ceramic cover or something to cover the floor drain, but it wasn't done, so the cockroaches still came out. So I took the initiative, I used the trash can to cover the floor drain, even though the position wasn't ideal because it was close to the bidet hose. They said the room had been renovated, but the shower water was still leaking and there was a lot of moss. Not worth it in my opinion when compared to other hotels with similar prices, I happen to be a Silver/Gold member at ALL. Hopefully this input will be taken into consideration by the hotel. The food was quite good, no problem there.

It was an excellent stay despite the sudden arrival in the morning, but the reception welcomed me without any hassle.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here, even though we were just sleeping there. The room was nice because some parts had been slightly renovated, but the AC was a bit noisy. The exterior of the building looked worn out. As with any property, maintenance costs will really eat into the flow. But inside, it was comfortable. The staff were also friendly.

The hotel staff were generally very friendly and helpful. It's an older hotel, but I got a good deal for the price. It has a bathtub, twin beds, non-smoking room, carpeted floors, and a city view. It's in the city, but the view is beautiful in the morning and evening, overlooking Bandung city surrounded by mountains. + I forgot to bring a power cord to charge my gadgets; I was going to buy one outside. Thankfully, the staff was able to lend me one. Thank you. + The Olympic-standard swimming pool is top-notch. I deliberately chose Horison because my teenage children wanted to swim in a large, well-maintained pool. - Suggestion: Improvements are needed, especially on the bathroom wall frames, bathtub faucet, and shower.

If you're traveling to Bandung, you can stay at this hotel. It's highly recommended. The rooms are cheap and the quality is good.

The staff are all friendly and kind. The room is so-so, it's old. They should pay extra attention to the cleanliness of the bed. We were itchy. The dust was dirty, I don't know what. The bathroom bathtub is also old, the hair dryer is broken. The wardrobe and storage are full of dust and never cleaned. The food isn't very varied because I get bored after eating that menu at night, so I don't know what else to order because there's nothing else, but you can order food from outside, so it's safe. The only downside is cleanliness. The mattress is the main point; the wardrobe, etc., are not used. Cleanliness of the sheets, blankets, and bedding is very important, please, so I won't be disappointed. The room lock needs to be replaced, as it's broken. The food is delicious but the room equipment is still old, from the AC to the toilet and bathtub.

The room and amenities were good, but the hair dryer in the room was loose. Every time I pressed it, I had to hold it because it would wobble slightly and then fall out and die. Check-in and checkout were good. I gave it a low rating because they were poor in responding to WhatsApp chats and didn't provide a proper explanation. Accor members should be able to get a member discount, but they said no, it had to be at the rate.

I booked 2 non-smoking rooms. When I checked in, the customer service representative told me I wanted a non-smoking room. It turned out I got a room on the 7th floor, a smoking-only floor. I was so annoyed. I asked to move floors, but they were already full, even though I paid via the app 3 days prior and confirmed it with the hotel the same day. I felt suffocated all night, my chest filled with smoke.
