The staff were very friendly and helpful. Water heater worked fine (for tea and bath) and we got a room at 8th floor with wonderful view. Our room was with bath tub even if it was one of the cheapest room. However the room was so old, the rug is old and dirty. Under bed was unbelievably messy. Water was not so clean. Air con was noisy (but they sent helpful maintenance staff to repair when we asked).

So far quite satisfied with the service and facilities here. But there is one thing that seems to need more attention, because I asked for an early check-in so really I was only given an available room so it didn't match the type of room that had been ordered. Luckily the receptionist was quick to respond so I was able to change rooms again even though I had to wait until a bit late in the evening, but I was allowed to stay in the previous room while waiting to move rooms.

Worth it at a price of 600 thousand 4 star facilities overnight on the weekend without breakfast. There aren't many parking slots due to the many agendas in the function hall, but the car is cleaned by several special officers. The service is quite friendly, the check-in and check-out process is fast, even though the queue is a bit long. Don't forget to validate your parking ticket and remember your room number so that parking is free. The room is quite spacious for two. Wifi facilities, sinks, warm water, and bathtubs can be used properly. The mattress & towels are clean, but the carpet looks unclean and dull, and there are small insects hanging around on the mattress and carpet even though they are not dangerous. There is no refrigerator or cooler. AC can only set low-mid-high, can't set the temperature. Small LCD TV but quite a lot of cable TV channels, but local channels are not complete. There are small malls, Superindo and Gokana Tepan next to the hotel. Opposite the hotel is a perfume refill center and there are roadside eateries.

The hotel is an old design, but the service is really good. The room is quite clean, only the toilet hose is a little leaky. The breakfast fits the tongue. The location is close to the center of the crowd, so looking for souvenirs/eating outside can be on foot.

Old hotel lacking maintenance. I stayed at 703 around 9 pm I heard a bang against the wall from the next room (701). Until there was a crack in the wall, so many times the bed was hit by a bed. Wkwkwkwkwk.
