The reception staff (Mr. Arifin) was very helpful. Check-in time was around 1 PM, and we were allowed in without any additional charges. Please double-check the cleanliness of the bathroom, especially the toilet (there were brown marks on the toilet area, which made me feel unwell 😮‍💨). When we arrived, the TV channels were down, and they said the network was down. I stayed there for 3 days (unfortunately). Otherwise, it was fine.

Staying here was really nice.. the room was spacious.. but maybe because it's an old hotel, the shower in the bathroom was a bit leaky yesterday and the elevator can't accommodate many people, only 5 people without luggage. When you bring a suitcase, it immediately makes a noise so you have to wait a while for the elevator yesterday.. but overall it's good

We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The location is very strategic, close to Jalan Braga. For a 4-star hotel with all the amenities, it's definitely worth it. We also upgraded to a condotel and received a delicious complimentary cake. The breakfast was also varied... the only downside was that we got a room with no view because it was blocked by a garden wall, making it less aesthetically pleasing.

Check-in at 5:45 p.m. was still required to wait another half hour. The room size was also uncomfortable for the price compared to other hotels. The food wasn't bad overall, but it was just average, nothing special. Overall, I don't recommend staying here.

The best, really. Starting from the room, the bed is bigger, and there are plenty of pillows. The bathroom is a bit small because it has a bathtub, but it's okay, the kids are happy. BF is always the best. Overall, it's great. Thank you.

I've stayed here many times, and the kids are always happy with the heated pool. I hope the restrooms at the pool are cleaned up a bit more. 🥰 Otherwise, it's quite adequate.
