The staff was very nice and polite; they provide good information for us. The room that I stayed in was very comfortable and luxurious in design. However, the first time I came in the room (check in) I ran out of toilet tissue, perhaps this could be taken into consideration as to check the room’s facilities completely; also, I was only given one footwear even though it’s for two. All in all, it was a great experience.

The hotel is horrible and accessing the elevator is a bit difficult because you have to use a card that keeps asking for top ups. Basically, don't stay at this hotel.

Strategic location, but the corridor to the room is a bit gloomy, in the superior app option you can get a city view but in reality it doesn't, city view is only available for deluxe and above, maybe the description of the room options needs to be improved, thank you

Everything was great, except the description for the window facing the city lights didn't specify whether it would be as requested. Even though I provided additional information along with the window, they all asked if it was appropriate. And just a suggestion about the hair dryer: it might be time to replace it because it takes a long time to dry and gives off a burnt smell. That's all. As for the service, no questions asked; they were very friendly.

For a hotel close to a mall, the facilities are poorly maintained. The swimming pool is dirty, the water is murky, and the changing rooms are also dirty. The room smelled of cigarettes upon arrival. The bathtub was dirty, possibly due to the hotel's age and lack of maintenance.

Comfortable, even though the building is old

Easy and fast check-in - check-out. We asked for connecting rooms and they gave us. Old hotel but well maintained. The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is so comfy 🙂 Just next to Tunjungan mall.

The third check-in took a while. But it was still the best stay at this hotel, as it's close to the shopping center.
