Old hotel gives the impression of an old house, no city view so no impression whatsoever, coincidentally checked in at night and checked out in the morning, breakfast was lacking, it was sufficient for the price, but it was in the city center, one with Tunjungan Plaza.

Being in the heart of Surabaya is always a pleasure, with easy access everywhere. Every time I visit Surabaya, Tunjungan Hotel is my first choice, and the friendly staff are always a pleasure to be around.

This is an old hotel that is trying to be renovated, but the room AC is not very cold.... the distance to the mall is very close

An old hotel that turned out to be... 1. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. 2. The location is strategically located next to the airport transfer center, so you can cross the street without crossing the street. 3. The food at the restaurant is delicious. 4. The service is friendly. 5. I had a bit of trouble getting my access card in the elevator, but it's safe. I had to move it a bit and it worked. 6. The Wi-Fi is fast, so I had no problems accessing the internet. Overall, I'll come back here if I'm in downtown Surabaya. It's a 4-star hotel with reasonable prices. Hopefully, they can maintain the quality and improve the facilities soon. 👍

Old hotel but quite good and near mall

First time here, the room is spacious, carpet too, some areas are dusty but it's not a problem, maybe it could be checked more when it's cleaned, Sis, the toilet first used a jet washer, the water was a bit smelly, but after a while it's not a problem, all the staff are friendly, there are lots of facilities but can't explore, the kids always ask to play, just walk and they reach the TP, the room area is spacious and the kids really like playing, for the TV it's not a smart TV unfortunately the cupboard is also spacious and bright, drinking water uses Cleo glass packaging, as someone who likes Cleo, the fridge is cold once you drink it, the freezer is on, I really like it, next time I go to Surabaya I might come here again, thank you Tunjungan Hotel Surabaya

The service needs to be improved. Overall, everything is fine. The elevators, however, need maintenance.

The location is very strategic, you can just walk to the mall in 2 minutes without crossing the street. The staff are all friendly and the atmosphere is peaceful. Because the lighting in the hotel is dim, it's a bit scary walking through the hallways at night :) But that's probably the concept, so the atmosphere is calm and comfortable for resting.
