Water shower no pressure. Toilet smelly and need to wait for splash no water. Many insects.

Close to the beach so you can chill in the afternoon and enjoy the atmosphere

The hotel is very quiet with a calm beach, the water is very clear. The facilities are very complete. The rooms are very nice even though the room ornaments are a little old. I will definitely come back.

A resort-style hotel with spacious rooms, non-stop cold air conditioning and close to the beach, it's really comfortable.

Sorry I can't give 5 stars. Because before staying at the Mercure, we stayed at the destroyer, and the comparison was like earth and sky. hahahaha. In terms of cleanliness, suitability of the hotel and breakfast. But this hotel is okay. Quite clean, breakfast is decent, staff is also ok.

Exotic resort located right by Sanur Beach. Some of the facilities in the room need rejuvenation, however essential needs, such as hot + cold water, ac, function well. There are large cupboard tables, perfect for storing various "tools" for those who come with their families. Mattresses, sheets, blankets are clean and comfortable. The officers serve kindly. Bicycle rental facilities are also available, to walk along the beach, in addition to the opportunity to sample several restaurants there.

Hotel secara umum bagus, waktu itu late check in, jadi sudah malam, beberapa lampu tidak terang, beberapa fasilitas perlu diperbaiki, remote TV tidak berfungsi. Banyak yang perlu pemeliharaan.

Prices are too high with poor room quality. Moist. Given the wood is rather old, and dusty. Lack of cleanliness. Prices can differ greatly from standard quality (such as budget hotels).

Booking for 2 rooms using a single name, after that the receptionist was told that breakfast is for 1 person per room because the booking is using a single name :(, even though it says breakfast for 2 people per room. Once you enter the room it is dirty, it hasn't been cleaned from previous guests, rubbish it hasn't been thrown away. Even the welcome fruit isn't even in the room. The bed is still sandy, the reason for house keeping is seeping from the top of the dirt :( the first appearance looks rundown, dirty and gloomy.

Quite old, but well-maintained and a really sprawling complex.

Everything 's perfect here, room is clean, bed is comfy, friendly staff, good scenery by the beach. As I expected staying at the hotel feels like home 👍.

The rooms are actually nice, quite spacious, complete, and have a balcony, but the problem for me is that the toilet doesn't have a spray. For breakfast, it is sufficient and there is nothing special. But with fairly complete facilities and a price that is still affordable, it's okay.
