When I first entered the room, the air freshener was really unpleasant :( The AC in the room wasn't cold and for some reason the bathroom was full of hair and fur, I happened to be sleeping on the top floor.

While staying there, my child left his headset behind. Thankfully, when I asked, it was there and returned. Thank you. The food was also good, and the location is close to SMS. I recommend staying at Atria again. Thank you.

Staycation on waisak day/weekend. Staff from security, receptionist, room service know how to make us feel welcomed. No hassle, no drama, just first class customer service. We’ll choose Atria when we’re around Gading Serpong.

Located in the heart of Gading Serpong, it's easy to get everywhere, just walk to the SMS Mall. It's comfortable and kids-friendly.

I've stayed there several times, but the strange thing is that when I leave the parking lot, sometimes the parking fee is entered and sometimes it's not, sometimes I have to pay, even though I can't, I'm too lazy to go to the receptionist again.

The staff is all friendly, and I want to give a shout out to the front desk staff for being so helpful. The breakfast is delicious, but the best part is the lontong sayur (rice cake with vegetables). The best!

The room cleanliness was very poor, the bathroom drain smelled (I ended up buying my own air freshener), there were insects/lice in the bed, cockroaches in the bathroom, the room soundproofing was not good so this was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

Stayed at Atria GS because I was satisfied with Atria Magelang. But if you compare, the one in Magelang is still better overall. Experience at Atria GS: Cons: 1. Wifi was down, after several attempts it was finally able to come back. 2. The lobby and corridor of the hotel room did not smell as good as at Atria Magelang. 3. The playground room and gym were a bit damp, so the atmosphere was a bit musty, maybe because they were rarely used. 4. The taste of the main meal / heavy meal for a 4-star hotel was a bit ordinary. Pros: 1. Although the main meal was not delicious, the dessert / pastry was delicious. 2. Comfortable and aesthetic dining room 3. The swimming pool has a sunroof so it was not hot 4. The soap was fragrant. 5. Lots of storage / shelves in the room to put things. Special thanks to RCP Mbak Devy and Housekeeping Mbak Kacamata for their hospitality.

This is my third stay at this hotel while on vacation in Jakarta... We stayed in the Serpong area. The room was quite clean and the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again when I'm on vacation in Jakarta. Very satisfied.
