Overall okay, I've stayed here many times. The location is good, culinary is easy and close to everywhere.

very affordable price for a hotel room with a very large size and a sofa that is comfortable enough for quite a lot of family members, so that no additional extra bed is needed, all family members can rest very comfortably. the staff on duty are also quite responsive and agile in serving both at check in and checkout. it's just that it happened to be at the same time as the school tour group, so it was a bit noisy. but still in accordance with the facilities & services provided. thank you traveloka and spazzio hotel. hopefully the good service can continue to be maintained.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is clean and comfortable. The location is close to food places. Kute Beach is very close. I have stayed there several times, always comfortable and will stay there again

Very strategic and worth it with the cheap price.

Cheap price, but noisy from the environment and lots of mosquitoes. Facilities are okay like AC, hot water and refrigerator. The sheets and room are clean but not new.
