Book here because only in front of the previous hotel was full book, can't extend. Given a window room facing the hallway. Super dark. Dirty sheets. It looks like it's never been washed. The cleaning service in the hallway seems to only bring towels, the sheets are only tidied up again, I think if there are guests checking out. Smelly toilets. Weird water, like it contains soap, it's always slippery so you can rinse it all the time. The bathroom floor is super slippery, I fell 2x in the bathroom until finally I just put the sheet garnish in the bathroom so it's not dangerous. Hopefully no one dies from falling in the bathroom here. Please read reviews and check GMAPs reviews before choosing to book here.

It was nice to stay there. People assists us with waht we need. However, the swimming pool should be well maintained.

The location is easily accessible, with lots of food vendors around. No elevator though, so you might want to reconsider if you're bringing heavy luggage. Breakfast is okay, the room is clean, and the staff is helpful. Hot water is available, but the water has a kind of slippery feel, not that easy to wash off, especially if you like things squeaky clean upon washing.

Stay here for one night, the location is superb. Nearby Dewi Sri food court, the parking space needs extra effort, but OK if you want a little bit walking. Because it ' s big on the back of the hotel. But the space belongs to the hotel. For the room, don't expect too much for that price. But OK. Clean.
