I ordered a non-smoking room and got a room whose bathroom reeked of cigarette smell. It turned out the exhaust fan was interconnected to the smoking room. The wooden floor of the room just couldn't be cleaned no matter how hard you try. The only upside of the hotel was it was so close to the main street, a cheap laundromat, and a convenience store. Too bad, if only they did something about the hygiene of the place.

My stay was pleasant overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable with good amenities, and the ambiance was quiet enough for rest after a long day. I especially loved the free laundry service provided — it was a thoughtful convenience that made my stay easier. However, I was disappointed with the hand towel provided; it looked dirty, wasn’t replaced during my stay, and only one was given. The breakfast variety was limited, and during the World Cup season, the channel was not available on the TV list, which was frustrating. Despite these issues, the hotel’s location was convenient and accessible to nearby attractions.

Location is very good with surroundings, visa centers, malls, restaurants, mosques. Breakfast is cheap and delicious. Staff is friendly.

Upon check-in, the service was friendly, and the room was neat and clean, as requested. There are also plenty of snacks and food around the hotel, so you won't have to worry about going hungry.

The food lacked variety and tasted mediocre. Otherwise, I was satisfied.

I had a wonderful staycation in Avissa. The food variation keeps you full from breakfast to the next lunch. All staff are nice and welcoming you with a smile.

Access to the event location was easy and close to food stalls. The rooftop is a bit small. Breakfast was booked, but on the third day, it was listed as not included. Better record-keeping is needed to make guests more comfortable.
