The hotel staff was very friendly when we arrived and were greeted very well. The service was very good from check-in to check-out, very impressive. First time staying here, thank God it's suitable and worth it. When I checked in at 2 o'clock, I had to wait about 15 minutes because it was full even though it was Sunday. The breakfast is delicious, especially the sour garang soup, which is addictive. For dessert, although not too much. The restaurant is at the top, eating while looking around is really good. The only thing that needs to be improved is the wifi, sometimes it's slow, which I experienced yesterday. The rest is okay

Asked specifically to be in a non smoking room and got it, all was fine until we smell cigarette (smoke) and saw guests in other room (we can see because they had their curtain open) gathered around smoking in their room. I asked FO if the floor is mixed but they said it's a non smoking floor so I told them what happened and they asked if we want to move room or get ion treatment. I only hope management would take serious action and be stricter to things like this, because it was uncomfortable specifically for people with allergies. Other than that everything was fine.

This is my first time trying Avisa Suite. Overall, it is very comfortable, especially the bed, which makes you want to stay for a long time. It is clean. I got it on the 2nd floor, but it is a bit noisy, whether it is the voices of hotel guests or employees, it can be heard inside the room. The breakfast is delicious, but if you can add more variety to the menu. Okay, that's all. If you have time, try Avisa Suite again🫰🏻

A very strategic and highly recommended hotel, starting from its location, close to the mall, culinary, access to the shopping center area, basically for families it is very safe, comfortable especially getting free laundry, there is no other hotel with extraordinary service like here. The staff starting from reception, security, office boy and others are very friendly, polite and very appreciative of guests and also responsible and very responsive to all the needs of guests who stay, basically for all of you who want to stay the best choice is only at this Avissa Suit hotel. Personally I say thank you very much for all the good and extraordinary services, hopefully this experience can be a blessing and fortune for all the good people who work at this hotel and the guests who will stay in the future, always be successful and enthusiastic in working 💪😅🙏🙏🙏

Stayed for one night, decided to stay here because it's quite close to the main streets—a short walk should get you to a non-BRT TJ bus stop. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Rooms and facilities were proper, and the staff were also very accommodating. Thanks!

Great location. For those who have business around Ciputra World, Kuningan City, or even Benhil, this hotel's location is perfect, you can walk to these places. You can also take the MRT from Benhil Station. The AC is cold, the water heater works well, the room is clean and comfortable. Although there aren't many breakfast options, the food is delicious.
