I left my tap pen in my room and there's no news until now.

I booked for two days, but after checking in two hours, I immediately checked out. The sofa in the room was so dusty, my body itched after sitting on it. The mattress smelled damp, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. My son's asthma immediately flared up, so I decided not to stay long at this hotel. If you're a 2-star hotel, this makes sense. But for a 5-star hotel like today, this still falls far short of expectations.

The staff were very helpful with check-in and had our rooms ready as soon as possible. Close to minimarkets and Malioboro.

Great location, great service. There's plenty of breakfast options. If you're interested, walk to Malioboro/Zero Point, about a kilometre.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to Malioboro, the souvenir center, and within walking distance to Gudeg Permata, which is open late at night. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast selection is good, and there's a kids' club and a children's pool.

It was fun, but yesterday I had a problem with the hot water not being that hot, but that has been fixed.

The place is close to the city center, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious and there are many choices.

It's already special, only room 735 was a bit dirty from the first time I entered, the bathtub water was not big enough, so I had to wait 1 hour to soak, moved to room 635 according to the criteria, only housekeeping/room cleaning should be done before 12, and without contacting, ,, this was only cleaned at 2 pm.. it was complained about from 12 pm and only came at 2 pm. the rest is okay, my regular hotel in the junior suite room, recently there have been a lot of complaints hehe even though last year it was the best
