The location of the hotel is quite strategic, near Superindo minimarket and bakmi kadin. The room we stayed in was clean and quite spacious, warm and comfortable. The hotel staff is quite friendly and very helpful. Due to the pandemic so we got a discount on the room rate. Maybe we will stay at this hotel if we are on vacation in Jogja later. location is perfect. Jambuluwuk Suite, the room that we stayed was extremely awesome. spacious, clean and comfortable. all the hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom door was not paint properly, the bathroom door and the room door cannot be locked. We called front desk and reception about our packages that was delivered to hotel but no one answered, and this happened more than 1 times during our stay. We were almost rejected at breakfast area because no seating, but we have paid. The fruits smells

All the employees are friendly and helpful, the hotel is close to the city, it 's easy to find anything, the water in the bathroom is cloudy after turning it on for a long time and then becomes clear, the parking lot is a bit narrow but safe, for breakfast there are a lot of food variants, but during Eid yesterday you had to queue for breakfast because of guests too many, but overall is good.

We are a family of 5 including 3 children under 10 years of age. We have taken twin bed with an extra bed provided. It is sufficient for a family like us. Nice big room with comfy beds & lenin. Bathroom is big and having a bath tub which our kids enjoyed too. Very very nice pool of the hotel with 2 artificial waterfalls even. Lavish buffet breakfast with many options of Continental, Vegan & Indonesian delicacies. Great Stay. A bit overpriced but can't blame as it is peak holiday season.

Lokasi agak kurang kelihatan. Kalau ke Malioboro cukup jalan lumayan jauh, jadi bisa ambil taxi. Ruang lumayan besar, dan bersih. Kamar mandi yang kami ada bathup yang enak buat berendam. Makanan tidak cukup variatif karena kami kesana pas bulan ramadhan dan menu sahur hanya diberi opsi dan diproses sesuai order.

Malioboro dekat Malioboro. Pelayanan staff nya bagus. Fasilitas cukup lengkap (ada gym dan pool).
