A few suggestions: 1. Please provide plastic trash cans in the room and bathroom, and have the room trash picked up every morning for stays longer than one night. 2. Please check and offer refills on the coffee, etc. provided in the room, even if someone is staying the next day, for stays longer than one night. 3. The toilets lack shower hoses other than the automatic showerheads in the toilets. Thank you for the other excellent service.

The staff was very helpful, and we could chat directly with the admin. Check-in was at 3:00 PM WIB, an hour later than the others. There was a graduation ceremony in the hall while we were staying, so there was a long line at the front desk to check in. Next time, we can anticipate this.

The location is near the mall, walking back past the restaurant until you reach TSM Bandung. The staff is friendly, though I mistakenly put on a 'do not disturb' sticker. When I met the cleaning staff, they asked for a cleanup, and they did it immediately without further questions or formalities. The only downside is the lack of a gym at the hotel.

It was a pleasant experience, and our requests were met very well. However, we would like to improve the concierge service, especially with the delivery of luggage to the room, which took up to two hours and required constant follow-up. Overall, it met expectations. 👍
