Not worth it, the location is okay but the front office has no coordination, throwing problems at each other. The first time we arrived, it was unpleasant, the card hadn't been used but it couldn't be opened, we were asked to upgrade, we went down to the front office again. After that, we tried going upstairs again, but it still didn't work, we were asked to go up and down again and the front office blamed us, saying they couldn't open the door even though they helped the cleaning staff, they couldn't. We had already booked an extension, but on the day of the event, they said it was full, and we were forced to check out. 🫩

Overall, it's comfortable. Toilet cleanliness could be improved. There are stains on the drain. Instructions on how to operate the TV remote should be provided.

I stayed here for a vacation. I was very satisfied, and I'll stay here again if I ever come back to Bandung. It's a free playground for the kids. Thank you to the staff for their excellent service.

Perhaps because of the long weekend, the check-in line was quite long, and there were probably a lot of requests. There was a long queue for breakfast to register at the restaurant, again, probably because of the long weekend. In the future, perhaps each room can be checked in to determine what time they want breakfast (6 or 8:30).
