The advantage is that the location is in front of Ciwalk so you don't have to walk far. The downside is that there are lots of stains on the sheets, there is an uncomfortable smell in the room from the first time you enter, it makes you dizzy. 🙏🏻 . The bathroom needs to be renovated.

The location is very good, opposite Ciwalk, but the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel lobby still needs to be improved.

Checked in at 9 PM and got room 318. As soon as I entered the bathroom, it smelled like mothballs/chemicals and the like, and the mattress and blanket were stained with unknown marks. 😭😭 I ended up checking out that night and moving to another hotel (I can't upload a video). N.B. If you're looking for a hotel near the town square, this is a recommended hotel. Other than that... 😭

Hotel staff is friendly... Rooms are comfortable and clean

It seems like the hotel needs some renovation because in room 501 the access card machine on the door often jammed and the lock wouldn't open. It seems like this happened in some other rooms because I saw other guests also having trouble getting in. The hot water wasn't very hot anymore. The sink seemed to be a bit clogged causing water to build up which caused a lot of puddles in the shower area. In room 503 the bathroom blower was completely dead.

Checking in for the umpteenth time at this hotel, but for the last time, I was a bit disappointed because the lights at the front door could not be turned off, and the telephone was also dead, could not be used, so I had to go to the lobby when I needed help.

Overall was good, but when checking in the staff was not on standby at the front so it was confusing and hard to contact. The advantage of this hotel is that it is in the middle of the city so it is close to finding anything and only a step to Ciwalk.

Breakfast is not included even though the price is almost 400 thousand, no hotel slippers are provided. Parking is narrow

Very strategic location, next to Indomaret, near Ciwalk, near Cihampelas shopping area, Cipaganti mosque, etc. Friendly staff & fast service. Room size is okay, bedsheet is quite dirty with lots of spots and not white. Toilet is clean, unfortunately the water and heater are sometimes okay and sometimes off. Amenities are just ordinary

When I first entered the room, the carpet in the room smelled a bit musty, but the rest of the service from the hotel staff was good, the food at the buffet was also delicious, basically it was great.

This is my umpteenth time in this hotel, and if it's your first time in Bandung, you should try here because the hotel is very close to the mall, the service is really good from the staff, security, receptionist, HK, and the crew, all are very friendly. The room smells good, clean, there are only a few rooms whose door locks are broken, but overall it's good. The breakfast is also quite varied and the taste is okay.

Everything is okay but the wifi is slow, the food tastes so-so and there is not much variety, thank you.
