Strategic location, no need to worry about what to eat

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean and non-smoking, the breakfast is quite good, I got a room on the 6th floor, because the smoking area is on the 7th floor, so if I want to smoke I have to go up one floor.

The room was clean and the location was very strategic. It was comfortable and pleasant.

Serella has become a regular for our family, thanks to its super-strategic location across from a popular mall, surrounded by numerous food stalls, and of course, reasonable prices. Parking is a bit tricky, but don't worry, there's valet service and key safekeeping.

A hotel with various price variants, with the attraction of being close to the city center, a step towards Jalan Cihampelas, the service is okay, but the parking lot is quite narrow when it's full, and the water heater doesn't work properly, the hot water doesn't feel warm, in fact it's hotter if the water is left for 1 hour in the sun.

Please clean the room, maybe the staff forgot. Please be more attentive. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel is also clean. However, the security guards need to be retrained in hospitality. When I was riding a motorbike, they thought I wasn't a hotel guest.

The hotel is currently under renovation, so it can be a bit noisy at times. Breakfast could be improved; the menu isn't very varied and runs out quickly. Many people are already empty by 8:00, and the food isn't very tasty (for my taste). It's located in front of Ciwalk, which is convenient if you're looking for food at the mall.

Fortunately, the complimentary valet service helps, but it’s best to notify them if you plan to use your car during the day, as it may be blocked by other vehicles. Rooms are clean and comfortable; however, requesting a higher floor is recommended for better views and a quieter stay. Breakfast is included, though the selection is quite limited. Still, the food quality is decent enough for a simple start to the morning. Note that the in-house restaurant only serves breakfast—no room service is available for meals. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and value in the heart of Bandung.

Everything was good, the service, location, and we also got free room upgrade. But the cleanliness was disappointing, the carpet has lots of coffee/drinks marks, also the bedcover is full of stains. Couldve been a great experience if it werent for the cleanliness of the room.

Super strategic location across from Ciwalk, overall good service. The bathroom exhaust was broken, so it felt musty. The bed cover was dirty, the carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed, and the room was stuffy because there were no windows, relying solely on air conditioning. The breakfast menu also needed some improvement. This was a one-time stay, and hopefully the management will improve in the future. It's a shame the hotel is nice but not well-maintained.
