The view is okay, the cleanliness of the hotel environment is okay, the cleanliness of the room is okay. But the minuses: - Lots of mosquitoes at 18:00 and above, uncomfortable for outdoor activities, even dinner at the restaurant. Suggestion: if there is a big fan in the restaurant, it would be good to reduce mosquitoes - Breakfast is really big no. Even though the title is hotel & resort, it is expected that the selection is like a hotel & resort. But this is like an inn/homestay under 300-200 thousand. Breakfast is given a choice of what to want, at that time it was only: fried rice / omelette + white bread / boiled noodles. Drinks: coffee / tea / orange. So made by order. And the taste is all bland. It's made carelessly. Almost all the tofu that I saw on the table were not finished, some even ate only 1-2 spoons. Even though the dinner that we paid for and was excluded from the hotel price was delicious. But the breakfast tasted less good and the choices were not good. Breakfast is not free, but the price is included in the hotel price! But the food is given like street vendors

Second time to this turtle beach hotel. Previously there was no front office, now there is. Friendly staff, delicious food, affordable price .. You can swim, play in the sand because you are right next to the beach. Best view … You can't just stay here for 1 night. Even the kids are happy 😃 especially if you come from far away. Satisfy yourself enjoying the beach in peace 🏝️ Gleebeerr the wind is very distinctive. Thank you Turtle Beach Hotel. Hopefully I can come there again, God willing ..

The pool is quite good with warm water. Close to the beach too.

Turtle beach hotel is really worth it for those of you who want to vacation at Ujung Genteng beach, the road access is not too complicated, close to the main Ujung Genteng route, delicious food, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff, I think I will come back here later if I bring a large family, the place is also good for events "direct view to the beach, when there is something left behind, the admin is fast response asking for help to store it first to be picked up later, there are massage facilities too and it is pet friendly, thank you to all staff & hotel owners for making my family vacation so much fun ☺️😊

For the accommodation, I think it is the best among the others. Serapan is not like serapan in most hotels, we can only order fried rice, boiled noodles and omelettes and 1 drink. Following google maps the route is incredibly scary, if it rains I'm worried about getting hit by a landslide and the road that is passed is really bad and there are traces of landslides that have been cleaned. 😬😬😬

There’s have a good place, Amazing View. But for the food needs more attention, especially the taste and cleanliness of the utensils. For the breakfast, there are only have 2 options to choose. I hope next time I can Visit again, there will be improve. Thank you so much.

Breakfast was promised to start at 7am, 30 minutes late. There was no plain water, only hot water for tea/coffee. Food was not refilled when it ran out.

You can't use the swimming pool, it's no use paying a lot of money! Quite pleasant, the hotel area is cool and clean. The food is delicious, the price is quite cheap. There are just a few suggestions. 1. For the check-in time, please inform us when we check in, because when I checked in I was not given information about the check-out time, so when I checked out I was suddenly charged because it was past check-out time but in the end I was not charged because I did not get any information beforehand. 2. For the friendliness of the staff, please improve it again, I happened to meet staff who were not friendly and tended to be grumpy. 3. For the room, it is clean and comfortable, but it seems like I happened to get a room with a sticky floor like it had just been mopped but there were still oil marks. And why is the water salty so it feels like I didn't take a shower. But overall it's okay with the price I got, a hotel with a nice view and atmosphere, cool and shady and feels like having a private beach. And 1 more thing, please improve the access to the hotel, it's a shame that the hotel is already good but the access road is damaged. Thank you turtle beach, hopefully it can be better and better in the future.

If you come directly, the price is expensive, but when you look at it on Traveloka it's cheaper, it's okay, the facilities are complete and clean, the view is directly to the beach, there's a refrigerator and TV and AC in the room, so it's really complete.
