Turtle beach hotel is really worth it for those of you who want to vacation at Ujung Genteng beach, the road access is not too complicated, close to the main Ujung Genteng route, delicious food, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff, I think I will come back here later if I bring a large family, the place is also good for events "direct view to the beach, when there is something left behind, the admin is fast response asking for help to store it first to be picked up later, there are massage facilities too and it is pet friendly, thank you to all staff & hotel owners for making my family vacation so much fun ☺️😊

The room is exactly like the one in the photo, the food is delicious, the place to relax is really comfortable and the view directly overlooks. It's really recommended that you really have to go to the top of the tile to stay here guys

The place is nice, the outdoor area has a nice view, the bathroom is clean, and the service is fast.
There's no electric kettle for hot water, just a thermos. But for the price, it's worth it 👍

The breakfast menu at the restaurant is very limited, not served buffet style but ordered through the waiter and only available fried rice, omelettes and boiled instant noodles. Guests can only choose one...
The room does not have slippers, wardrobe, hanger, soap and no water heater, but instead a thermos of hot water is provided. For me, it is not worth the price.

I chose a family room for almost 1 million rupiah on a weekday. For this type of hotel, it should have been fine. But unfortunately, the facilities, even the smallest details, were terrible. From check-in, the staff was uncommunicative, and they didn't give me the WiFi code. What about breakfast? Where was it? When I arrived, I was greeted by ants. There wasn't even an electric thermos, only Kapal Api coffee, no tea, etc. There weren't any spoons or tissues. The electricity hadn't even been turned on when I arrived. I didn't even have a phone in the room to call. In my experience, when checking in, there's usually a note with a phone number and WiFi password. I had to go up and down to ask for help. Finally, I took the initiative to get the admin's number from Google, like asking for an electric thermos. They gave me a regular thermos and boiled hot water. I got room 10 upstairs, and the glass door was broken. And what I really disliked was the dogs roaming around while I was sitting in the room. I was almost attacked by a dog on the beach until I was about to be hit with my sandals.
Please help the hotel management, as Muslims, it's very dangerous to be exposed to their saliva.
Breakfast options are only fried rice, omelettes, and noodles.
The plus side is the beautiful view, clean beach, and clean swimming pool.
There are also photo spots.

My first time staying here, the check-in time at 1 PM was actually quite long, and there was a fee for early check-in, so even if I arrived early, I had to wait.
Overall, the place was nice, but there was no water heater, even though a room priced at around 1 million rupiah per night should have been, and the amenities in the room were also lacking in my opinion.
While the view was great, unfortunately, the road access was very bad, and finding food around the hotel was very difficult.

The facilities are okay. The staff is friendly. The kids will feel at home. There is a swimming pool and a private beach. Highly recommended.
But the breakfast menu is not very varied, only 3 choices are given. Suggestions: Expand the breakfast menu like before.

The view is okay, the cleanliness of the hotel environment is okay, the cleanliness of the room is okay. But the minuses: - Lots of mosquitoes at 18:00 and above, uncomfortable for outdoor activities, even dinner at the restaurant. Suggestion: if there is a big fan in the restaurant, it would be good to reduce mosquitoes - Breakfast is really big no. Even though the title is hotel & resort, it is expected that the selection is like a hotel & resort. But this is like an inn/homestay under 300-200 thousand. Breakfast is given a choice of what to want, at that time it was only: fried rice / omelette + white bread / boiled noodles. Drinks: coffee / tea / orange. So made by order. And the taste is all bland. It's made carelessly. Almost all the tofu that I saw on the table were not finished, some even ate only 1-2 spoons. Even though the dinner that we paid for and was excluded from the hotel price was delicious. But the breakfast tasted less good and the choices were not good. Breakfast is not free, but the price is included in the hotel price! But the food is given like street vendors
