Great facilities 👌, comfortable, clean, and close to the city center.

The mattress is dirty, there is no hair dryer, there are lots of stains on the blanket. The floor is dirty.

I felt something was odd in room number 211, I asked for towels on Jan 15:00 until 17:00 still not delivered, but at 20:30 the towels were suddenly in the room, the room was empty, according to the hotel SOP, hotel employees are not allowed to enter the room without permission from the customer except in an emergency, and what was even more epic was the bathroom light suddenly went out in just a matter of seconds and came back on and gave us a signal of fear. and when we were about to go down, when we were in the elevator the door was about to close, eh suddenly opened again as if someone wanted to come in, even though there was no one there

The hotel is good, clean, not noisy.

There's no parking, the basement is very narrow, smelly, there are no officers, security in the lobby is not responsive to guests checking out. The room is close to the AC compressor, it's noisy.

The added value of this hotel is its very competitive price, especially for a hotel located in the city center. There are several things that can still be improved: 1. It would be better if guests do not have to go back and forth to the receptionist just to ask for a parking stamp in order to get access to the exit without additional costs. 2. The basement area seems poorly maintained and looks shabby; it would be nice if it could be improved to make it more comfortable. 3. The lobby area is integrated with the smoking area, which is quite disturbing for guests who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. Overall, this hotel has very good potential, especially in terms of location and price. With some minor improvements to the comfort of the facilities and the flow of guest services, the quality of the stay experience can be significantly improved. Hopefully in the future the management can continue to evaluate and improve for customer satisfaction.

It's okay, the room is also clean

I ordered a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room. Room 304, the wardrobe was broken, there were cockroaches, the blankets were really smelly, the refrigerator was dirty, the room and facilities were full of dust, the hairdryer was asked for again after being given, the room was very noisy, I couldn't sleep because of the many disturbing sounds. The only plus point is that the other facilities of the hotel are good, but not the room, it's not very good.

The room is hot, the air conditioning is not working optimally.

the room was dusty, the floor and curtains were dirty, when we knocked on the door at 11 am we were told that someone had checked in but no one came down to check in, when we asked the receptionist who told us that someone had checked in, they didn't know. The housekeeping was not friendly. When we went to the basement we were asked for parking money. It's not worth it at all for the price.

The hotel is quite nice and clean, unfortunately the parking lot is narrow, as a guest staying there, I was still asked for parking money even though there were no parking tickets.
