Many of the hotel facilities, especially the bathroom, were damaged. The hot water wouldn't work, the TV wasn't broadcasting clearly, and there were ants all over the place. The music was too loud until midnight, making it difficult for us to sleep.

I've stayed here twice and it's not disappointing, especially since the promo yesterday was really cheap, for 360k you can get a 4-star hotel and it's nice, I regret not buying it straight away for just 2 nights.

When checking in, the staff was rude and unfriendly, and the room was very disappointing. It was dirty after being here 3 times. The bed wasn't changed, it still had marks, it was only tidied up a bit with a spray of perfume. There wasn't a trash can in the bathroom, the towels weren't ready, and the mat wasn't there either. It was really disappointing the last 3 times (room 206 cin 12-08-25 cout 13-08-25)

Strategically located near the city center, the only problem is the lack of parking space - they help with valet parking. If you lose something, you have to go to the parking lot located across from the hotel. Cleanliness is quite good, friendly service.
