I had the most pleasant stay here. The bedroom is pretty big, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is huge, I had the main street view. What I love most about this hotel is that it has a mini fridge. The check in process was pretty fast, less than two minutes. Before you want to check in, make sure you have 200.000 IDR with you for the deposit. But, don't worry! There's an ATM (BCA) next to the hotel. The location is very strategic. It's easy to get to some places, like bars, traditional market, supermarkets, the beach, and restaurants. I didn't get to try the food and the drink at the bar. Apparently, they're pretty expensive and you need to pay 21% additional fee for tax. The thing that I think needs to be improved is the TV. The quality of the TV is pretty bad. Looks like it's full of ants. But, I am okay with that. Who watches TV nowadays anyway? Also, the wifi is pretty slow. Overall, I would give this hotel a rate of 9 out of 10. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

The Axana Hotel has a great value deals based on the price. The room is clean, huge bedroom and bathroom, and essentials such hairdryer and coffee/tea maker. But for superior, the view just another rooms which shows inside building. If you want city view, you should book another class. But I’m satisfied. And, if you took your car/motorcycle, just tell the receptionist then you’ll not be charged for parking.

I ordered 2 suite rooms. There was a cockroach in one of the rooms. They couldn't give us a different room so staff came and fumigated the room instead. The odor was so strong that we had to ask them to open the doors. The bathroom bidet was leaking on the other room. No towels were ready, I had to call the room service. I couldn't sleep because I heard noises, people talking and laughing. Breakfast was so-so. There were only 2 elevators; They were slow. Atmosphere was kind of creepy-I found out late that this hotel has lots of scary stories post-earthquake in 2009. Sorry not sorry but I won't be coming back.

The AC was not doing his job very well cause we're still like in sauna. Some of broken parts of the hotel were surely abvious.

Only one problem please maintenance for Air Conditioning. Because so slow air flow come out.

There are very few decent quality accommodation options in Metro. In 2024, this is clearly the best hotel in Metro.
