The service is good for the price, and the rooms are quite spacious. It's close to everything.

The hotel is a bit old. The AC in the room is no longer cold, the shower in the bathroom is not good. But yeah, it's worth the cheap price. But I only stayed one night because I was just stopping by from Lampung and was on my way again the next day. If it's just for one night, it's still okay.

Pluses: - I chose this hotel primarily for its location. It's in the city center, making it relatively easy to get around. It's close to the LRT station, just a short walk away. It's also close to the mall; if you want to go to PI, you just have to cross the street. - The breakfast menu is quite varied and the taste is quite good. - The staff is friendly. Minuses: - It's very noisy, I don't know if it's the AC or something else, and the sounds of people outside are loud. - The shower faucet is problematic. - If you want to walk to the LRT station, you'll pass a garbage dump with a foul odor.

The sheets and pillowcases were no longer suitable for hotel use...the color was dull, no longer white, instead tending to be dirty and some were torn/holes. The towels were okay, still clean and white. The bedroom floor was dirty, the mattress was sagging.

It's quite pleasant because it's near the LRT station.

Highly recommended to spend the night here near the city center.

Got a room with no hot water, already reported not coming for 5 hours. Reported the second time, only came, checked for about 15 minutes then left without being fixed aka the hot water still not on, the repairman's shoes were dirty & dirty the room floor & the bathroom was not cleaned. not recommended at all. We should have asked to move rooms. then in the next room it was very noisy from other guests & the sound of employees who were cleaning because the room was not soundproof. The restaurant had minimal variety & many empty buffets were not immediately refilled as a result we waited a long time but even then we fought with other people & we only got 1 portion. we are husband and wife so we shared the food. why did Azza experience such a decline even though we often stay here.

The first time I booked, I got a very comfortable, clean room with hot water. This second time, I got a less comfortable room, which seemed neglected, with peeling stickers on the walls. The bathroom had no hot water and was poorly maintained.
