Upon check-in, the hotel staff was very friendly. It wasn't check-in time, but they were able to store their luggage.
The hotel room was quite large and comfortable. The downstairs was undergoing renovations, but the staff informed us about it. The soundproofing was quite good.
The restaurant had a varied menu and a beautiful view. The restaurant staff, Januar, provided excellent service and was very well-oriented.
I received a welcome drink voucher that I could redeem until check-out.
In conclusion, I was very pleased.

friendly staff.. clean place, ok facilities n kuds friendly but at that time it was offered to combine twin beds but it took so long for the officer to come and call 3x to ask for waiting until I just went swimming and came back again and it hadn't arrived 🙏 please respond faster in the future thank you overall OK
