Get free laundry every day during your stay, 4 pieces. On the first day, my son's pants that were being laundered were already missing. Even though I had reminded the laundry staff to record the clothes I was washing on the laundry form provided, they just said it was okay, sir, no need, and the laundry form was just brought back empty without being filled out. Meanwhile, after the loss was confirmed, they only said they were responsible but did not admit that it was the staff's fault. And until now, there has been no form of responsibility. Even though I have been to Surabaya four times and stayed at Harris Gubeng three times. Usually I am with my work partner, but yesterday I brought my family. In the end, my family was disappointed and we will never return to stay at Harris Gubeng again. And it is highly not recommended for hotel guests to use the laundry service, you will lose all your clothes.
