it is worst hotel that my room had crocoach. the staff assist to kill it but no trash it! we won't back anymore

No amenities, bed sheets dirty, but the location quite strategic

The male receptionist service was not friendly towards the guests, the room cleanliness was not good, the wallpaper on the walls of the room was peeling and had not been repaired, there were mosquitoes, a fine was imposed for smoking in the room, according to the rules, even though smoking outside the room was still subject to an unreasonable fine.

Facilities are okay, service is also good but please be more friendly.

Staying here for the second time after the first time in 2020. When I first arrived, I was quite surprised because the front view was different, and because the current one is under renovation, the condition of the GH is quite messy and the sound of equipment can be heard, the wallpaper is also peeling here and there. Please pay attention to the cleanliness again, yesterday I got a room with tissue marks in the toilet, and the position of the faucet was difficult because it was close to the wall. I got a room on the 3rd floor so it was quite a lot of going back and forth huhu. Hopefully the renovation will be finished soon because it is one of my favorite places, with affordable prices but the facilities and interior are close to a hotel. The mattress is soft, the AC is also cold, there is a water heater too, unfortunately the towels, drinking water and others are not refilled even though I stayed more than one night. Oh yeah, try ordering food to the room, so it makes it really easy when I'm feeling lazy

The TV broadcast was completely dead. I had informed the reception but they only said sorry without giving a solution for my comfort during my stay. There should have been a solution given after the information was received.

If you go to Balikpapan, come here. Small but great. A boutique guesthouse on par with a star hotel. Close access to everywhere and family friendly too.

Always stay at the Luxe Gunung Sari every time I go to BPP, the service is good and friendly, the rooms are clean, the toilets are good, the wifi is good, the prices are affordable🤍.

The rooms are comfortable with warm lighting, minimalist, suitable for married couples. The bathroom is clean and provided with disposable toiletries and towels. The hot water works well even though you have to wait a little longer. The room we stayed in happened to have a view of the building and the torrent, hehehe, but because the aim was to rest, it wasn't a problem. Strategically located because it is in the middle of Balikpapan city. Overall okay for a price this cheap, a recommendation for those who need cheap but good accommodation in Balikpapan.
