Every time I go to Balikpapan, I always stay at this hotel. What I like is that the room is always clean and comfortable, although it's a bit cramped, but it's okay for me who often stays here alone. If I'm too lazy to go out, I can order food downstairs, the price is affordable, delicious and can be delivered to my room. The best. Hopefully the hotel will always be like this, so I don't get confused about where to stay when I go to Balikpapan 👍.

The hotel is in a fairly strategic location, with plenty of food vendors nearby. The hotel is quite clean, although there are still some dirty corners and cobwebs. Perhaps in the future, more attention should be paid to the cleanliness of each room.

Initially, I checked in by mistake because I just found out that there are 2 The Luxe... but in the information there is no The Luxe 1/2... the receptionist was not friendly at all, luckily the room was clean and nice.

I'd just moved in and checked out because I couldn't stand the situation. When I asked about maintenance, I was told "I don't know." I ended up moving because it was so damp and I was afraid of black mold.
